Sonia’s Villa – Beautifully designed 3000 sq ft luxurious home . The furnished villa offers 6 elegant and carpeted bedrooms with 5.5 well appointed baths , 4 of bedrooms are highly furnished Master Size suite with en suite baths . For our guests convenience , a master king size bedroom is perfectly located at ground level with luxurious master size bath completed with shower and a garden tub .
Upper level offers 5 additional furnished bedroom that includes 3 large master suites along with an en suite baths , 2 remaining bedrooms contains two sets of bunk & a set of twins . Each bedroom boasts 32” flat screened LCD with alarm clocks , cable and DVD ‘s .
Property is conveniently located at exclusive enclaves of the Aviana Resorts , which is new platinum communities at Central Florida . Approx . 12 minutes distance from major attractions ( Disney World ) and about less then 5 minutes distance for famous Golf Courses .

New Year's Eve Stay with Friends
January 4, 2012
The house was more than we expected!! The house inside is more spacious than it seems on the outside - with 6 bdrms and 6 1/2 baths. The decor was tastefully done. Each room was large with comfy beds and flat screen TV's, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was perfect with all the necessary essentials, and the the neighborhood seemed safe. Our stay was enhanced due to this house. We loved hanging out in the house with our friends. The only negative comment that I do have and it's more of a suggestion is that the house did not provide enough soup to shower with or shampoos.... but honestly, this house is so worth it!!! We all fell in love with it and had a fabulous comfortable time in it!!!!
