Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Our private spacious fully air conditioned villa has four bedrooms, the bedrooms are arranged as 2 doubles (1 with ensuite) and 2 twins.
The villa has a private not over looked large extended pool deck, ideal for sun bathing in full privacy and entertaining, with an abundance of luxury sun loungers, chairs and a small table, there is a shaded lanai area with fan and large al fresco dining table and chairs.
The pool which can be heated (at additional cost) is an ideal place to relax those aching muscles after days at the parks.
The villa is situated on a generous fenced in lot, with large garden in the community of Thousand Oaks, just 10 minutes from Disney, yet quiet and peaceful with its own large fishing lake just 2 minutes walk away.
The villa is equipped with wireless internet connection (for use with own laptop), washer and dryer, bedlinen and towels provided (excl. beach towels). 3 bedrooms have TV's, whilst there is TV, DVD and Hi-Fi in the lounge. Highchair, travel cot and buggy.

Area Information
Only minutes from Reunion and Champions Gate for golf courses, ideally located for shopping at Florida's Prime shopping malls. Close to all the theme parks and attractions, 10 minutes to Walt Disney Resort and parks, 20 minutes to Universal Resort and attractions. Once you've done the parks, visit the coast, only 40 minutes to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre to the East, and to the West is Busch Gardens 45 minutes away and Clearwater Beach an hour away.
Legoland 30minutes away.
Eat at many of the fine restaurants only 5 minutes drive away, or order a take away delivered to your door. You could also use the house as a base to visit Miami, the Bahamas etc.
