This 5 bdrm villa is beautifully decorated. Its like spending the day at an elegant beach cottage. Each bedroom and the family area has its own flat screen with DVD player. The gameroom has a full size pool table, bicycles, fishing poles, dart board, and stereo.
The pool area is enclosed with a lanai screen and has its own spa. The pool gets all day sun. There is a king bedroom, 2 queen rooms, 2 twin rooms, and a couch that converts.
Kitchen has a beautiful view of the living area and pool along with all the modern conveniences including granite counters.
There is a dining seating for 14 people plus a desk for your convenience. A grill is also provided for your convenience.
Every decoration is handpicked by the owner to create a stunning vacation villa that you won't want to leave! It is kid friendly and supplied with baby items. (handicap items also available)

Aviana is a private gated resort area about 15 minutes from Disney. We are 3.5 miles from Interstate 4 exit 58. (Disney is exit 62) Aviana has a large clubhouse with a gameroom, computer room, exercise and weight room, large community pool, putting green, volleyball court, and playground. It is nestled in dedicated wetlands with ponds, sand dunes, and trees.
