We had a great vacation and love , love your house. Elegant, comtemporary , everything was just beautiful, and very spacious , it was more than what I expected . Frank was very nice to deal with, and he always answers all email inquiries very quickly. I love that everything was provided in the house. The only problem minor problem was that , we really wanted to use the grill and have a cookout, but the previous renters did not clean the grill after using it and it in really bad shape. Besides that everything was great. I told all my friends and familly about your home ,so you will definitely hear from us again. Thank you !!

We have rented condos, townhouse & houses and this one was by far the best. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and of course the beautiful warm weather. The beds were very confortable. It was a very quiet neiborhood which we really like. Grocery stores are very close by which was great. Thanks you for renting us your beautiful house.

We stayed at the house for a week with our 4 children. We have rented many homes before and have to say this one was the best by far. The very roomy house with multiple living spaces and spacious bedrooms assured we weren't on top of each other. The house was well stocked with anything you could ever need. The special extra touches were a nice treat like pool side dishes and soaps and coffee filters already there made it easy to arrive and settle in. A great stay would highly recommend to others...can't wait for our next trip.

Incredibly well located, minutes from highway 4 and Disney, close to various stores like Walmart, Publix, Starbucks etc. Amazingly clean. The house has more than what you need in terms of living necessities. Fast Internet, business center including computer and printer. HDTVs in every room with full programming. Perfect for families. Comfy beds and couches. Heavenly backyard with pool, hot tub and BBQ. A+++++++++++ Only thing that is missing is an espresso machine. Will go back very soon.

What a wonderful home with a super location. Our family rents a home every year and I must say, this one is superb!!! I love the location and the ease to the parks. The home is very accommodating with much thought to the amenities. The pictures are nice but really don't do justice to the quality of the furnishings. Frank is tremendous to work with and very prompt to reply. We are already planning our next vacation!!

This property is exactly as advertised and perfect for a large or extended family. It was extremely comfortable, had wonderful amenities - including a fantastic air hockey game - and is in a great location. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was as advertised everything included from toilet paper to dish soap , trash bags ect. Frank was great to deal with. Booking was easy and secure with paypal. We have made the trip from Boston five times and stayed at resort condos in the same area within blocks and this has been the best so far. Furniture quality incl mattresses was very good . Pool and spa was perfect. Definitely need pool heat in Feb. Temp outside was 55 when we arrived down to 34 overnight. Rest of week was 70 to 80 Would definitely rent again A+ A+ A+

I really liked my stay at this property and so did my friends we had a great time and felt very comfortable, definitely would stay again! The only thing I would say bothered me a bit would have been the fact that we didn't have wifi and barely any signal but other than that the stay was great!

We are a family of 4 and had the pleasure of staying at this Beautiful Florida home for 3 weeks. It is everything the pictures show and more, Very Spacious, clean,Comfortable, well decorated . Had a hard time pulling away for the last time to go home, I would not hesitate to rent here again. The owner Simon answered every question I might have had with very quick responses, very easy and honest to deal with. This home is very close to all attractions, yet tucked away in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood . My family and I enjoyed everything about this house. It was so clean. I hope if we ever come back to Florida that this house will be available. There was nothing that was not provided or that we needed extra when we got there. I can honestly say we were so impressed with this place. It will be so hard to find another place to stay as good as this one was. The owner contacted us to make sure that everything was ok. This really impressed us. It was also a great location to visit all of Florida's attractions.

Great home away from home !! Very spacious ! Friends who were staying near by came over for visits, which made about 20 of us, and we still had lots of room for entertaining.... Beds were so comfortable, it made it difficult to get up ! Dealing with the home owners was a breeze (quick responses) as well as dealing with the contact person that lived near the house, who was always immediately accessible for questions either by phone, or was at the house within minutes when needed (just to increase the heat of the pool). Neighbors were also very nice in helping us with the garbage collection process :-)... Easy highway drive to Busch Gardens (50 minutes) as well as all the Disney & Universal Parks (15-20 minutes) so well centered if you want to do Busch Gardens. Security deposit was given back within a couple of days after leaving. I would recommend this house to my family and friends and would definetely go back. I stayed at this house for 10 days with my husband, 5 month old baby, my mother, brother and one other couple. The 7 of us had an amazing stay at this home. The house was extremely clean and had every feature we could have ever needed and more. I also love the way the house is decorated. The only thing that we felt was misleading was the hot tub is not a hot tub. It is a "spa" and has jets but it remains the same tempurature as the pool. Other than that, we are so happy we chose to stay at this fantasic home!

Everything went off without a hitch. Nice home, clean, etc. We stayed 8 nights but were around very little during the day. Conveniently located to attractions and golf courses, yet in a quiet neighborhood with small shops and restaurants close by. No complaints but it would have been nice to have some paper towels, dishwasher soap, and extra toilet paper handy (or, at least we couldn't find any). Thanks for sharing your home. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and roomy place to stay.

Frank, our sincere apologies for the delay - but we really wanted to express our appreciation for your hospitality and your BEAUTIFUL PARADISE HOME. To EVERYONE reading this -- Please DO NOT HESITATE AND BOOK THIS PROPERTY NOW!!!! My Family and I travel A LOT; and we have never been SO impressed with the accommodations and amenities that were provided. This is MODERN LUXURY at it's finest. The area, the location (10 minutes from Disney - if even), the amenities; from the hi-tech electronics (TV's, BLU-RAY, media players, playstation, etc. etc.), to even the BBQ, magazines, DVDs, Games, Espresso Maker, PC, air hockey machine, - we can honestly go on and on and on. This place HAS IT ALL. I feel like I am trying to sell this place - but honestly, it's the best bang for the buck you can ever ask for. We have been to places that are triple the price a night for this type of house - and it paled in comparison in all aspects. The Stucco exterior, the brand new furniture, the beautiful carpets, the pool, the professional interior design(s) -- I can't think of a better place to be. The pictures do not lie - it is extremely beautiful - with a touch of pure class. We have been overwhelmed with inquiries when we show pictures of your place - whether it be on Facebook or from family. THIS PLACE IS 5+ STAR - and we cannot WAIT to go back!! Hopefully in the very near future. Frank - Thanks again for all the hospitality. My apologies again for the delay in reviewing the place; but I just had to let everyone know how satisfied we truly were with your home. It is TRULY a home away from home - plus more. Thanks again -- Please feel free to post this on any other vacation rental sites you may have - as I would want everyone looking for a place to stay, to give your home a try -- I can personally GUARANTEE, there's not another home that can even come close to the modern luxury your house provides. My daughter already wants to go back once she saw the pictures again :). Take care, and all the very best.
