The property is in Hampton Lakes, a well sought-after community for Disney and Orlando vacations. The neighbourhood is nested among oak and palm tree lined community roads. The community has many facilities for our guests to enjoy: a large swimming pool, two Children's play grounds, a beach volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts.

It is conveniently located right off Highway 27 in beautiful Davenport, Florida. Just 15 minutes away from Disney parks, 25 minutes from sea world, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens are only about an hour's drive away.

A shopping mall with Publix grocery store, restaurants, bars and pharmacy, is just 1 miles north on route 27. Many other stores on 27 are all a hop, skip, and a jump away: Walmart, Lowes, Target, Best Buy, JC Penny, Dick's sporting goods, Ross, etc.
