Located 15 minutes from Disneys gates, 'Wayne Manor' offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with sleeping available for 12. Relax in the Lanai area or soak in the sun on the deck. The heated pool (at extra cost) allows for a relaxing dip after a long day at the park. With South to Southwest exposure, and not overlooked by neighbours, the pool area will offer you the tranquility and sunshine that you deserve. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite, one is a king bed, the other a queen. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and finally there are two twin bedrooms. The two masters boast a flat panel TV, and the other three bedrooms have TV's with built in DVD players. A Wii console is in the family room with ample amounts of games. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. A washer and dryer are present in the home for your use. There is a pool table and air hockey game in the games room

In the popular area of Davenport Florida, and in the prestigious community of Tuscan Ridge, our 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom home has been equipped with all the amenities of home that you will need to enjoy your vacation.
With over 2200 sq ft of living area, Wayne Manor will sleep 12 people comfortably. Two Bedrooms are Masters with private five/four piece ensuites, one with a King Bed and the other a Queen. A third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and two other bedrooms with two twin beds each, which share a Jack and Jill washroom.
The Kitchen/Family room is open concept with plenty of room to host a large group of friends. The family room has a wall mounted 42” Flat Panel Television with a Wii Console and numerous games for all to enjoy.
The South West facing pool will ensure that you receive the most of Sunny FLA. If you wish to relax, out of the sun, there are two large areas surrounding the pool that provide shade and overhead fans to enjoy a good book. There is a half bath accessible only from the pool area, thus not requiring one to go into the home.
A community center includes a fitness center, tennis courts and children’s recreation area.

Great Time!

We vacationed at Wayne Manor over the March Break and our kids are already asking when can we go back! The entire family really enjoyed the house. It was very spacious, clean, nicely decordated and the kitchen was better stocked than our own! We loved how well stocked it was with everything we needed to have a great week. It was wonderful to come back to such a nice home afer a busy day of shopping or visiting the parks. We hope to return for an longer stay, to be able to take more time to relax poolside.

Wayne Manor was a Great Place to Stay

September 13, 2012

We recently stayed at Wayne Manor and had a great time. The main purpose of our trip was to visit the theme parks, Wayne Manor was twenty minutes to the Disney parks and a bit further to Universal Orlando, but a straight-forward drive, it hardly seemed to take any time to get where we were going. We also wanted to do some shopping while in Florida. Easy access to the outlet malls, but we also found some good buys around the corner from the house at the JC Penny Store (maybe a five minute drive). We didn't want to eat out in restaurants a lot while on holidays. The kitchen came loaded with everything we needed to make meals at "home". Plenty of cupboard space for groceries as well. A Publix grocery store in the neighbourhood as well as a Walgreens (had some good buys at times). The pool and games room were big hits with the kids. The house is close enough to the Disney parks that some evenings we went back for dinner and a swim before heading out for the evening. We would reccommend Wayne Manor to any family wanting to be near the parks, but have a home away from home. Property management being close by also gave us piece of mind that if anything were to go wrong, they were only a phone call away (we were there at the same time as Tropical Storm Isaac was forcasted to hit Florida).
