Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
The villa benefits from its own private pool, (and jacuzzi) with optional pool heat, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious covered patio, furnished with a table and chairs and bar area, to enable you to dine al fresco. With three bedrooms, open-plan living spaces, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The villa also offers a games room and free Wi-Fi. There is also a safe for guests' use.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and en-suite bathroom with oversized separate shower, and separate luxury garden tub. Master bedroom also has a very large walk-in closet, with lots of space for clothing, and storing extra suitcases.

-Kids room has 2 twin beds.
-We have provided a portable crib/cot for babies.
-Separate bathroom has a bath with stand-up shower.

Sunny Villa is located in Davenport in a lovely neighborhood a very short drive to Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal and Orlando attractions. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes drive from Disneyworld, and two minutes from the nearest golf course - the area is a golfers haven, and a children's paradise.
When you need a break from the theme parks, golf and the wonderful area restaurants, you can head to the beach and be relaxing on the sand within an hour or an hour and a half's drive. An hour away you can also spend the day at the magnificent Kennedy Space Centre.
Very easy access to all main routes from the villa - literally minutes from each of the main highways that run through the Orlando area. A few minutes away is a brand new shopping centre with a Super Target, JC Penney and much more, and it is also only 5 minutes away from a Super Walmart. A superb Publix grocery store is only a 2 minute drive from the villa.
Berry Town Center is a 2 minute drive from the villa. Apart from the Publix supermarket, it has a variety of restaurants and take-away restaurants, including Applebee's Grill (with carside service), Indian, Chinese, and pizza.
