As a guest you only pay a $20 Cart Fee per round. This offers tremendous savings for non memers of this Prestigious Championship Golf Clourse. Some restrictions mnay apply, please ask for details
Owners are constantly up-grading villa to justify it is Executive Villa.
Villa comfortably sleeps 10guests, and is located at pristine Highlands Reserve Golf & leisure community which has 32ft hest swimming pool along with adjoining Jacuzzi and Hot Tub, it features fantastic views which over looks the 18th, Hole.
Villa is one level, professionally designed property which covers 2600sq ft, it’s fully air conditioning. Features double garage along with plenty of space for further 2cars, parked off the streets. Two furnished master sized bedrooms have been newly upgraded and offers cabled TV and a DVD Player, King sized or Queen sized Beds. Each has stylish doors leading on to Swimming Pool/Patio Area. Three additional twins bedding, one of them can also be converted in to King sized Bed, if requested during reservation.
Comfortable open plans living area, also upgraded, incorporates large lounge along with 52”TV, Hi-Fi and DVD. Enjoy preparing yummy meals in well stocked kitchen along with Microwave, Cooker, Dishwasher, Dryer, Washing Machine, Large Refrigerator along with ice maker and water facilities.
Dining area has been beautifully converted into second living room along with PlayStation 2, foosball table and exciting games. Also the property features access to Road Runner Hi Speed Internet. Dining nook features Chairs and Tables and it also over looks the Patio area /swimming pool.
All towels and bed linens are available. You will find 4 high quality TV’s, 3 DVD’s and access to Hi-Fi . Patio is fully screened and is accommodates 32ft swimming pool along with Spa featuring optional heat.
