Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This beautiful, airy home is located overlooking a peaceful reserve to the rear and woodland to the front. The Reserve at Town Center is a gated, peaceful community.

The home, recently redecorated throughout with the addition of new living and dining sets, comprises of a spacious living and dining area which steps out onto the pool deck.

The master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle. The master bathroom steps out onto pool deck as does the master bedroom, via patio doors.

The second master also has a king bed with its own bathroom and walk in shower. The bedroom has patio doors stepping onto the pool deck.

All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans

The 2 twin rooms share the third bathroom

A Super Hero themed games room with pool and air hockey is great for the kids while you enjoy the view out the back.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry area has the washer and dryer for your use

All bedding and towels are provided

we stayed at this pool home. Loved it, the whole pool just us. The home was private,beautiful,very clean.(no surprises just like the pictures) We liked the code for the door . We did't have to meet anyone the get a key or return one. The grocery store was one mile away and half way to I 4 the freeway. I never got lost and had a very enjoyable time.
