Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
This upscale vacation home was upgraded in March 2012.
The south-facing pool receives all-day sunshine and overlooks a conservation reserve. Along the sides of the pool area are high 5 ft hedges providing you a secluded oasis of your own. The over-sized poolside deck is ideal for catching Florida’s rays on your chaise and the covered dining area (lanai) is a must-have for stepping into the shade and rehydrating with a cool beverage.
The living area has hardwood floors, comfy leather seating and a 46" HDTV with DVD player. This home contains two master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom..
Our villa is centrally located to all the big attractions and activities Orlando and Florida have to offer, including:
- Disney World: about 15 minutes (11 miles)
- Universal Studios: about 30 minutes (25 miles)
- Sea World: about 25 minutes (21 miles)
- Golf Courses (see below)
- Orlando International Airport: about 40 minutes (32 miles)
- Tampa Airport: about 1 hour and 5 minutes (65 miles)
- Cocoa Beach: about 1 hour and 30 minutes (82 miles)
- Daytona Beach: about 1 hour and 35 minutes (85 miles)
- Clearwater Beach: about 1 hour and 30 minutes (82 miles)
- Busch Gardens: about 1 hour (60 miles)

Area Information
Calabay Parc is one of the most elegant and sought after vacation communities in the Disney and Central Florida region. Its gentle winding boulevards, perfectly manicured lawns and striking landscape design offers a picture perfect vacation. Calabay Parc features on-site basketball and tennis courts as well as a children’s recreation area and nature trails!

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I rented this villa Jan/Feb 2013.We had never rented before,and the experience was amazing.The home is beautiful,clean and very well situated and private..The owners are so friendly and helpful in every way..The management was very helpful as well and our needs(which were minimal) were met promptly and cheerfully...We can't wait to go next year and we would highly recommend this property!!

Great Family Vacation

First time renting a house and was a little nervous. I worried for no reason. We had a great time and the house was wonderful. The group that manages the home were great too. Bad storm hit and damaged the screen to the pool. Repair was done next day. We will definatly be renting this exact home in the future.
