The home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen which is tiled as are the dining area which seats 6 and the breakfast nook for a further seating of 4.

There are 2 masters; the first master has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has his n' her vanities, bath, shower cubicle, toilet room and walk-in-closet, while the other master has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be used as a pool bathroom and has a single vanity, shower cubicle and toilet. The two twin bedrooms are divided by a family bathroom that has a single vanity, bath with overhead shower and toilet. The villa also has the convenience of a laundry room, with Washer & Drier.

From the pool deck there are lovely views of the wetland area, while on the deck you will find an electric heatable pool with spa, and upgraded metal patio furniture consisting of 4 chairs, 2 loungers and a table. There is also a covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall light, and a safety fence for those with young children.
The home will accommodate up to 10 people maximum, complete with a Games room providing family entertainment on that all important rest day between the Parks Enjoy a game of Pool, Air Hockey or Basket Ball.

West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division includes the facility of the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away of a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” ~ 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet is located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I 4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.

Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes or Orlando International Airport approximately 40mins drive to the Villa.
For the golfers there are numerous courses a short drive away. The closest is 5 minutes away at Champions Gate with the Greg Norman designed National and International courses beside the David Leadbetter Academy and floodlight practice range. Other courses of note close by are Celebration, Mystic Dunes, Falcon Fire and Providence. For the shoppers the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Prime Outlets, Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall are all within easy reach. When it comes to eating many of the famous names like Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chili’s and Bahama Breeze are all within easy driving distance.
