We are conveniently located to all attractions and theme parks, Disney gates being only 7.5 miles away and 20 minutes to Magic Kingdom. 20 minutes to all other parks on International Drive. For golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. From this location you are between 2-10 minutes from at least 10 excellent courses.

We've stayed at this villa twice and absolutely love it. It suited the four of us down to the ground as it's close enough to hustle and bustle of Orlando, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet after a day of parks! My children (and me too) enjoyed playing in the pool, and liked the privacy of the garden which is fenced so there's no snooping from the neighbours. Local facilities are great with a large Publix supermarket nearby, and petrol stations and restaurants further down the road at Champions Gate. The Disney parks are a real 20 minutesâ drive from the house, and you can avoid using I4 too. The back road takes you straight to Highway 192. Being close to I4 though gave us great access to Orlando and beyond with Tampa only 45 minutes away. Overall a lovely villa. Thoroughly recommend. Steve April 2011

Thousand Oaks is a well placed district, close to all the amenities that the greater Orlando area has to offer. The house is well sized for 8 or less people, comfortable and clean. Well suited to young families and senior citizens alike. The pool is the centrepiece, facing primarily south, it is bathed in sunlight for most of the day. We loved it so much we plan to return. Thank you for welcoming us into your home-away-from-home.

We stayed at this villa from 28th March 2012 for 10 nights with our 2 teenage daughters and were very impressed. The girls had their own space and really enjoyed a swim in their private pool after a day at the parks .It was great to be so close to Disney. The villa had all the facilities you need and it was great to be able cook some meals ourselves as you can get tired of eating out all the time. As the woman I would like to point out that this villa was so easy to keep clean with minimum effort. Louise Fahy

We stayed at the villa from April 7th-14th 2012. It was great, a beautiful villa and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The villa was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location, and the pool is great. I would recommend staying here and would love to stay here again sometime. Lindsay
