Our Villa is ideally located in West Haven, a popular gated community, 10 to 15 minutes from Disney and 20 to 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Adventure Island (Harry Potter Park), 2 miles away from Champions Gate golf course, 45-60 minutes from the beach, and near many major attractions.
Paradise Heights has been professionally furnished throughout to the very highest standards and has been recently beautifully decorated. And it is fully equipped with many amenities to fully meet your satisfaction. This villa has 6 luxury bedrooms with cable TV in each room, 3 bathrooms, pool, spa and game room with multi-game tables. Paradise Heights is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 14 guests in spacious comfort space. And we use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly service 24/7.
Paradise Heights villa has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with a big-screen cable TV and DVD player. We offer the best mix of relaxation and comfort, luxury and convenience. Keeping in touch with your family at home is made easy by the free local calling, as well as the wired & wireless Internet Access.
Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds our crystal clean pool and raised spa pool.

Perfect home for our DIsney trip

This home was a nice, large house with beautiful furniture. The six bedrooms were all spacious and laid out well. My parents stayed with us for part of the trip and had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves on the first floor. The kids loved the spacious pool and the game room. The location was very nice. The trip to Disney took us 15 minutes door to door. We had no traffic problems at all. There is a grocery store and a couple restaurants right at the exit to I-4. It was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this house. I highly recommend it.
