Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
This lovely 2-storey home located in the Sand Hill Point community features a main living room, dining room, plus a kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms (2 kings with master bathroom facilities), 1 Queen and 2 addition Twin Bedrooms. All Bedrooms have TV’s, with flat screens in the living room and master bedrooms. In addition the larger Twin has a two sofas creating an ‘upstairs’ living space.
The extensive pool deck is private, with an electrically heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi , all enclosed in a screened patio area. This home will sleep 10 people comfortably, over two floors.
The furnishings are tastefully coordinated and the kitchen is complete with Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Range Oven & Dishwasher. This home has cutlery and crockery for dining in and has a sellectionof pans for the chef in the group!
All Linens and Towels are provided and you have wifi for the internet to catch up on emails and tell family and friends all about your Vacation!

Sand Hill Pointe is only minutes from some of Central Florida's best dining, entertainment, golf courses, plus Posner Park – a large retail shopping center, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland and all major area attractions! Sand Hill Point is a small, quiet neighborhood, just 2.5 miles south of the I-4 interchange on US Highway 27 to allow easy access to all the attractions. Champions Gate and Reunion are 10mins drive away for Golf, or you can drive on the the 17-92 and practice your swing on the renown Providence course.
