Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa is in the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park. For our guests' comfort we have high end furnishings to enhance your vacation experience. The master suite has a large bathroom which features a garden tub for your relaxation. The spacious, open floor plan is a perfect place for everyone to gather. The great room and master bedroom open out to an extended deck and private swimming pool. There are chaise lounge chairs to relax on and a table and chairs for poolside dining. If you prefer to be out of the sun, there is a large, covered area adjacent to the pool area. All bedrooms have HD TVs, and there is a Playstation 3 for gamers. The superb, fully equipped game room includes pool table, foosball and mini basketball. Enjoy free wireless internet access and free phone calls to 60 countries. We are situated in close proximity to Disney and all the other theme parks. We are only 1 hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Gulf or Atlantic beaches. For golfers we are 10 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course, and you'll find other numerous golf courses nearby. Berry Town Shopping Centre just down the road has a supermarket, pharmacy and a good selection of eat-in or take-out restaurants. You'll find easy access to Hwy SR192. We employ professional property managers to assist you should any problems arise.

A home away from home feeling

January 22, 2013

After arriving from our two days of travel it was a pleasant surprise to see that the pictures were true to reality. The Villa looked exactly like it did online and it took mins to feel comfortable there. Spacious for a family of five plus one set of grandparents. The minor problems eg home line had a glick was promptly fixed and taken care of. This was our first time renting a house instead of staying at the resort and will be doing it again. we visited Seaworld, Universals and Magic Kingdom and was there in a half hour or less. Plenty of eating places around if cooking is not wanted an evening or two and Walmart is just 5 mins down the road. Wonderful experience.

A:We love to hang out by the pool. We are close to great shopping, and of course the Disney Theme Parks are just a short distance away.

Q:What makes your vacation rental special?

A:Our home has a very open floor plan, so whether you're watching TV or cooking in the kitchen, everyone is in the same area. We have a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and mini basketball hoop game. The pool area is situated so those that want sun can get it, and those who prefer the shade can have it as well as an overhead ceiling fan to keep them cool.

A:There is miniature golf not far from us and for the adults, there are golf courses everywhere!
