Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental
Our fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated 1 mile from the popular hwy192 close to all the attractions and restaurant's our villa can sleep 1 to 8 people.
With games room with free pool table, air hockey table, football table and dart board it also has high speed WIFI internet access, and GAMECUBE. Large HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD, TVs in all bedrooms, 2 ipod/iphone docking ports. Full kitchen & laundry facilitys, free baby equipment including crib, high chair and 2 strollers.
Private heated screened pool with optional pool heat, with a large deck area which is south west facing so you can enjoy all day sunshine and dine outside using our gas barbeque. We have a covered lanai for when the sun gets too hot, pool bathroom, with new luxury patio furniture and sunbeds.
Our villa is located at Lake Davenport Estates a quiet tranquil estate with no road or rail noises.
It is surrounded by golf courses and orange groves and only 1 mile from restaurants,fast food outlets and supermarkets.
10 minutes drive to Disneyworld, 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal

Lake Davenport Estates is a quiet estate but only 10 minutes drive to Disneyworld, 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. Restaurants and fast foog outlets are less than 2 minutes drive from our villa there is also a Walmart and Public's supermarket also 2 minutes away.
