Welcome to our newly renovated 3500+ sq/ft luxury Orlando Disney Villa. It is professionally renovated and designed to accommodate 4 Families, designed for your comfort and convenience.

The villa is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with classic decorations, a large heated private pool and spa, a well-equipped Game room, Cable TV, High speed Internet and free telephone. Professional Management Company is available 24/7 to answer your questions or concerns during your vacation.

7 BEDROOMS and 4½ BATHROOMS
All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HDTVs, closets, and ceiling fans. Upstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom for boys and another twin bedroom for girls, with 3 full bathrooms (one in the master suite, one in the hallway, and one in the girls' suite). Downstairs features one master suite and another twin bedroom, with one and a half bathrooms.

KITCHEN and DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with conventional kitchen appliances. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, Refrigerator, blender, Toaster, Coffee-Maker, etc. A stylish breakfast area adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the pool. Nearby, a beautifully decorated dining room welcomes guests, family, and friends.
There is a separate utility room with washing/dryer machines and ironing facilities.

LIVING, ENTERTAIMENT, and GAME ROOM
The elegant lounge is ideal for relaxation, equipped with luxury leather Sofa, 2 loveseats, an entertainment center with 51’ LCD HDTV, Blu-ray player, and Wii. Free Telephone and Wi-Fi internet access are provided during your stay. The villa boasts a fully equipped game room with brand new modern pool table and foosball table. Please enjoy.

POOL AREA
The villa includes a large, private, fully screened South Facing swimming pool, underwater lighting and Jacuzzi spa. An extended deck area with sun loungers, patio furniture and barbeque completes the outside facilities. For childrens' safety, a child safety fence has been installed, and a door-open-alarm for the pool's sliding door has been installed. Even with all these safety features in place, please always pay attention to your children.

MANAGEMENT and SERVICES
There is onsite professional management available to response to your any problems or concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your stay. The professional house cleaning service is always available at any time, and the villa will be completely cleaned and checked before your arrival.

This villa is conveniently located in a very beautiful and quite community at Exit 58 of the I-4 through great Champions gate. Orlando Airport is about 35 minutes away; Disney World and Epcot are within a 10 minute drive; Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Wet and Wild are all within a 20 minute drive. There is a 30 minute drive to the newly openned Lego Land; The Gulf Coast Beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and the Atlantic Beaches are around an hour away.

A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suit all abilities and budgets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman, which is within walking distance of the villa. The local amenities include banks, supermarkets like Wal-Mart and Target, take-away, pharmacies and tons of different restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute drive.
