Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our fully air-conditioned villa has three bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed, television and en suite with a large walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and one of them has a television. The lounge area is open plan with patio doors leading out to a screened conservatory area with ceiling fan. The settee folds out into a double bed if more than 6 guests wish to stay. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a separate breakfast area and dining room off either end of the kitchen. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is completely secluded with, unusually for America, an unscreened pool and spa. We feel that the beautiful surroundings with palm trees and white sand would be lost if we screened this pool and it is also larger than most pools on the estate therefore creating more fun for the family.
