We welocme you to our beautiful 3 bed /2 bath, private screened full size swimming pool, free WiFi and tastefully furnished vacation getaway home.

Our vacation home is conveniently located in Davenport (Polk County) Orlando Area, 15-20 minutes from Disney World in one of Florida's premier exclusive communities:- Hampton Lakes.

Our air conditioned, fully furnished home offers one King-size Master Suite with a large tub and a separate shower, second Queen Master Suite and one Twin Bedroom, sharing the 2nd full bathroom.

Home has unique blend of modern and traditional decor. We made it lovely for kids, over-the-bed princess canopy, open WiFi for their i-gadgets, heated-pool (with child safety net) and air hockey. It is designed to also cater to elders/seniors with sitting shower in master bath.

Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and kitchen amenities you need. Includes all linen and towels and free calls with in USA and Canada.

Private full size pool, the covered Lanai has deck tables and chairs plus chaise lounges for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool.

Community Features: Hampton Lakes beautiful community Tennis court Community pool Kids playground Basketball court and sand volleyball for a perfect vacation getaway.

Our Home is locally managed by very accessible and friendly professionals who takes pride in ensuring that our home is both clean and kept up to our high standards ready for you to enjoy your vacation without any hassle. They will do their utmost to provide any thing that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Area Information

Hampton Lake is very close to Publix supermarket, variety of restaurants and several fastfood takeouts, banks, shops and sports bars are only a very short drive. A Super-Walmart is 5 minutes drive away and even closer is access to US HWY 192 with it's abundance of restaurants, shops and amenities. All of Orlandos wonderful attractions such as Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are not far away and easily accessed from US HWY 192 & Interstate 4 (I-4). Orlando truly is a shoppers paradise, designer shopping malls with department stores such as Macys & Bloomingdales are close by, as are numerous outlet stores selling branded goods at greatly discounted prices.

Absolutely great house and vacation! Highly recommend!!!Upon arriving, we were extremely happy to find a lovely, clean, charming, well kept, spacious, comfortable home. The house is tastefully decorated, well laid out floor plan with everything anyone would need to have a great vacation. The entry is extremely welcoming with large foyer with couch seating area within entry...WOW! The bedrooms were more than spacious, tastefully decorated, TV's, toys, and comfortable with a convenient full bathroom in between the two kids bedrooms! Master bedroom is spacious, tastefully decorated with a large walk in closet and plenty of bedroom dressers....it is awesome! It has a large a joining bathroom with shower, a separate large lovely deep tub, his & hers double sink counter with plenty cupboards and a toilet. There is also a door from the master bathroom to the pool area, so guests can quickly use it from the pool area without going through the entire house wet( TOTAL GENIUS!). Great kitchen with lots of counter space that has all the basics(blender, kettle, coffee machine, lots of pans, utensils, dishes, cutlery, linens and much more) dish washer, refrigerator with ice, stove, microwave, kitchen bar counter, great kitchen table set and dinning room set beside kitchen to ensure enjoyable meal times. Comfortable, tasteful and roomy living room leads out to the relaxing patio pool area through sliding doors. The pool is great, private, clean, comfy patio set, toys, great sun exposure and surely a family favorite! Free US and Canada phone calls was a must for us. Left for us were, flyers to all amusement places, restaurants with coupons were helpful. Washer and drier so you don't have to bring home any dirty laundry. The garage has a air hockey game in it that is so much fun! Air conditioning was a blessing on those hot days! The weather was absolutely wonderful during our stay. The houses location was very good and we were able to easily access anywhere we wished to go during our weeks stay. Moss and Marcela were available to address any questions or concerns during our stay. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it !!!

Hi Moss just arrived, love the house very cozy and quaint after 3 days of driving. It is nice and clean We just wanted to let you know I called Marcella because the pool was not heated and we did pay for the whole month, she seemed unaware of this. Now it will take a day or so before we can use it. Missing a few items but she will take care of it, thanks again Cathy and Norman thanks for the BBQ and the tank appears full we really like the house, the pics online do not do it justice

"We were surprised with the good space and the cleaning, What we got was much better than the site photos, exceed our expectations, but, a lack of glasses, and kitchen stuff was anoying! no blender or even a bowl for a salad! Also on the master bedroom the sun was terrible early in the morning on the open upper windows without curtains"

Q:What is the cancellation policy?

A:Full refund if cancellation is requested four weeks prior to arrival date.
In case of un-expected events such as mother nature etc, we will work fairly with our guests to accomodate reasonable adjustments. And we would expect the same from our guests also, to be fair :-).

Q:What is policy on assuriung the best price?

A:We price our home very competitively and keep our margins very thin. If you like our home and but are hesitant because you find comparable homes being offered at lower rate, please feel free to write us. It is in our own interest to not lose you on the price on a comparable competition. We will beat the competition by 5% (since you did the market research for us), be assured.

Q:Are there any discounts for repeat customers?

A:We highly value customer loyalty. We offer additional 5% discount to our repeat customers. There is no membership to sign up for. We maintain a guest list and automatically scan it for repeat customers.

Q:What is good pass time which is very close and fun for kids?

A:Enjoy feeding turtles at the community lake. Just walk to there and enjoy the day. Kids will love it and it is free :-)

Q:What should we expect from our stay in the home ?

A:It is a family home. We fill it with comfort and all necessties. It is well decorated and spacious for a single family. It is very neat and clean and I am sure you will find it very relaxing after especially a day in the disney parks. And as you arrive, you will surely feel a very warm welcome.
