Take your Florida Disney vacation in a home away from home! Forget the hotel/motel, 1 room congestion! Rent our 1600 Sq. Ft., Executive Style, 3 Bedroom Vacation Home, just 15 minutes from Disney World, West Gate at Magic Kingdom, and only 12 minutes from the Heart of Kissimmee, and 20 minutes from Orlando's Theme Parks!
We are located in Westridge, a rural subdivision just 2 miles South of the Junction of US HWY # 27 and US HWY # 192, and only 2 miles North of Interstate # 4 at Haines City Exit. It's nice and quiet, relaxing and spacious, just off the beaten track! Enjoy the neighborhood park with swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and playground, or swim in your own private 15' X 30' in-ground pool, completely surrounded by a deck and a screened Lanai.
Lots of parking on the double wide drive and double garage. The home comes equipped with everything you need, including the Laundry, fully equipped kitchen, baths, and all linens, towels, etc.
There are 2 Queen bedroom suites, a Twin bedroom suite, and a Double pull-out in the Den which can convert to a bedroom. You don't have to bring anything except the fun and the food! The rental includes all taxes, utilities, free wireless high speed internet, 150 Channel Cable TV, and Free long distance telephone calling in North America. We even supply the infants furniture and the Bar-B-Que Free! The only extra would be Pool Heating if required!
