Property DescriptionThe Resort of Aviana is Perfectly Located just off the 1792 and 4 miles from the I-4 exit at Championsgate Golf Resort. It is perfectly sited for all of the Disney Attractions. Other attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet’n’Wild. Should you wish to take advantage of Orlando’s excellent shopping or chill out at the beach these again are only a short trip from your front door at Aviana. The Villa sleeps 10 people and is therefore an excellent accommodation choice for 2 families sharing or a group of friends.

Aviana is an Oasis of Swaying Palms, rich foliage and exotic flowers. The resort is a relaxing retreat away from Orlando's busy tourist corridor, yet only minutes away from the world famous attractions that draws millions of visitors every year.

The Villa has Fantastic Views over the fishing lake and resort clubhouse, thus making it the perfect choice for families with children. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has a state of the art Dolby Surround Sound music system, giving you the opportunity to listen to the radio or CDs in every room in the house and even the pool area.

For Golfers the villa is situated across the road from Providence Golf Resort and is only a 2 minute drive from Championsgate Golf Resort, designed by Greg Norman and rated by the USPSA. This makes our villa the perfect choice for those fanatical golfers, wanting the chance to play on some of the best courses in the world in the warm Floridian sunshine. There are another 25 courses within the Orlando area.

The Villa is Luxuriously Decorated to an exceptional standard with comfort and relaxation uppermost in mind. We have went out of our way to make this villa stand out from all the rest by adding a wealth of little personal touches such as presents under the tree at Xmas and Chocolate eggs at Easter. Our motto is "To treat our guests the way we would like to be treated ourselves".

For the golfer in your family, we are less than 1 miles to Providenc Golf and Country Club, we are near Champions Gate and Reunion Resort.
