Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa is situated on a brand new development at West Stonebridge.

The villa consist of one master bedroom with large en-suite and access to pool and patio area, second master bedroom with en-suite and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. This villa also benefits from air conditioning throughout, large living/dining/kitchen area and most importantly swimming pool with Jacuzzi and large covered lanai.

The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a 27” cable TV and has a large en-suite bathroom with his and hers washbasins, and equipped with both a corner bath and a shower cubicle, the master bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The 2nd master bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a Queen sized bed, Cable TV and DVD player. The further two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, Cable TV and a closet; both bedrooms share a bathroom.

The great room offers a comfortable relaxing area, with large screen Sony cable TV and DVD player. This room also benefits from a sofa bed and remote control ceiling fan.

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and waste disposal unit, nearby is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

You can enjoy your meals in the bay windowed nook over looking the pool or at the breakfast bar or in the formal dining area, you can also enjoy al fresco dining in the large covered lanai poolside.

The pool is 28ft x 14ft complete with Jacuzzi. The patio with large covered lanai so you can relax in the shade on the luxury patio furniture which includes a table that seats 8, 8 chairs and 2 loungers all with padded covers for extra comfort.

The villa is ideally situated for all of Florida’s many attractions being only 15 minutes from Disney World main gate.
