It’s not a Hotel, It’s your “Home Away from Home”
If you are looking for a vacation villa in Orlando which is close to Disney and all the other parks, yet set in a quiet community, this is the one for YOU!!!!!!!!!

This newer 4 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation pool home is located in the Sandy Ridge Community next to famous Reunion Resort, just ten minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, five minutes from ChampionsGate Resort and Golf Club designed by Greg Norman.

H & M Villa is in a peaceful community surrounded by conservation land. I4 is only minutes from the community and provides an easy, direct route to Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Coast beaches and Tampa area beaches. Within a 5 mile radius of the villa you will have all the amenities you need for a 5 star vacation: Restaurants, fast food, banks, groceries, gas stations and pharmacies. A little further will take you to any of the fantastic shopping outlets and many more activities.

Area Information

The location of H & M Villa is perfect. It is a private community of executive vacation homes conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes.

The location offers easy and fast access to all parks, attractions, shopping malls and restaurants in the area, allowing you the time to enjoy yourselves on vacation – not sitting in traffic!

Nearby, there is the Champions Gate shopping area. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Restaurant, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Guests staying at H & M Villa also have easy access to the I-4 corridor, to easily take them to Tampa for Busch Gardens, or the Space coast to see Cocoa Beach, Daytona or Cape Canaveral.

Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses.

Childrens Playground within walking distance from the Villa.

my husband and I took our2 granddaughters and daughter to Disney world , we stayed in the lovely how and it was more than we expected. it is close to restaurants the theme park shopping . we were busy and on the go a lot and didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it was very well kept up. the play ground directly be hide the house was a plus. if you. my family and I would come back and stay in this home again, thanks for a great stay Dortch Family.
