This beautiful 4 bedroomed luxury property has been finished to the highest standard with impeccable attention to detail. With a stunning 26ft SOUTH facing heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking a beautiful nature reserve and lake, the perfect place to relax after a day at disney or one of the many championship golf courses which are a stones throw away. The property is only 7 years old, recently updated and has the benefit of two master suites at opposite ends of the property, ideal for 2 families. There is a fully equipped games room with table tennis, pool, basket ball and plenty of games and toys. A brand new 4 burner gas barbecue, cot, hire chair, baby monitor and stroller are also available to use free of charge. We offer FREE wifi and international calls as well as 200+ TV channels. Villa Rococo is located approx 20 mins drive from Disney and within minutes from Championsgate and Reunion Golf courses. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a number of food outlets within 2 miles. The main i4 is also minutes away, making it convenient not only for all the family attractions which Orlando has to offer, but also Tampa, Clearwater and the west coast of Florida. Orlando and Sanford airports are approx 45 mins drive and Miami can be reached in 3.5 hours.
