This stunning 5* luxurious, south facing villa is located on the prestigious development of Hampton Lakes, just 15 minutes from the magic of Disney.

Our magnificent home enjoys over 3000 sq ft of living space with an exteded pool, deck and luxury spa overlooking the lake and fountain. The professionally designed interior of this breathtaking villa focuses on convenience and splendour and your every need is catered for. The villa enjoys a fully equipped games room with 50" widescreen cable TV, full size slate bed pool table, darts and X Box.

There are five beautiful bedrooms (2 master suites) and four bathrooms (1 adjacent to the pool. There is a bedroom and bathroom which has been adapted for disabled guests. A huge, light and airy family room provides the centre point of the villa with seperate elegant sitting room and exquisite formal dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has access to the breakfast bar and intimate nook for more informal dining.

The superb south facing deck area has been extended to 60'x35' and enjoys day long sunshine. The walk in swimming pool 28'x14'with hand rail is adjoined by the luxury spa. There is a covered lanai to enjoy the shade if necessary and the area is furnished with a large outdoor dining table and padded chairs to enjoy al-fresco eating. There are sumptuously padded luxury sun loungers and chairs and an additional table with parasol.

A barbeque is provided. We have created a soft play area with a Little Tykes playhouse for the younger members of the group. Relax on this lovely deck area and enjoy the wildlife and birds that are attracted to the lake just metres away from where you are soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Also at the villa there is a library of books, selection of board games, DVD player and DVDs. For the little ones there is a cot, highchair and stroller. All linens and towels are provided with hairdryers and tongs in every bedroom. There is a poolside security childproof fence, pool door alarms, monitored security and fire alarm system and safe facilities.

This superb lakeside villa will provide an ideal base to explore all the delights that Florida has to offer.

Hampton Lakes is ideally situated to enjoy the magical experience of Disney but also within easy reach are the attractions of Sea World, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando.

The stunning Gulf Coast to the West and the Space Coast to the East are just over an hours drive away. But Florida has so much more to offer and this fantastic villa is ideally placed to discover the hidden delights of the Sunshine State.
