Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Our luxury home overlooks a lake and conservation area and has a large private garden. The pool area is very comfortably furnished so that you can relax in the sun or take cover in the shade while you enjoy the views of the wild life or just recover from your visits to Disney or any of the other theme parks. In the evenings you can dine at the side of the pool with illumination from the underwater light.

If you can tear yourselves away from the pool area you can enjoy the spacious airy interior. The ceilings are high and with the air conditioning and fans throughout you can keep cool even in the summer.

The two master bedrooms make it ideal for two families to share or for a family reunion.

If you have the energy you will have a wonderful time in our new games room. You have the choice of pool, air hockey, table tennis or foosball and the room is tastefully decorated to give a sporting feel.

Our home is located close to the I4, the 27 and the 192 so it is easy to reach all the attractions. It takes about 12 minutes to reach Animal Kingdom and this gives you access to the Disney area by the back roads avoiding most of the traffic.

For the golf enthusiasts we are only two minutes away from both Champions Gate and Reunion and there are another 10 golf courses within 15 minutes.

There is a small store 200 yards away where you can pick up your paper and basic supplies but the shopping area of Champions Gate is only 5 minutes away and as well as a Publix supermarket there are a number of restaraunts and they will do home deliveries if you can't bear to leave our home but do not want to cook for yourselves.
