WOW!Custom built home with south facing pool and spa plus games room! In a golfing area. THIS HOME EVEN HAS A POOLSIDE KITCHEN WITH GRILL, FRIDGE AND SINK. Southern Comfort is located in a peaceful golfing community amongst the famous Florida orange groves. It's very close to both Highway 192 and the Interstate 4. Disney World is a mere 15 minutes away by car. And it's just over one hour to the nearest coastal resorts.
Having been the first purchasers on Hampton Lakes, we had the fullest choice of lots available; and so chose the best. Southern Comfort is built on a double-size corner lot that's framed by mature palm trees. The front of the house overlooks the large lake and fantastic community facilities. It's one of a pair of customized homes built next door to each other. The other home also featured on this site is called Southern Belle.
The furnishings are of executive standard. The villa has many upgrades such as a built-in CD system, a magnificent tiled entrance hall, and a customized kitchen. The kitchen countertops are made from Duro stone. Special features include molded sinks, concealed counter lighting, and molded trim to add that perfect finishing touch. Light switches, baseboards (skirting boards), paint finishes, staircases, and taps have been upgraded to offer our guests that extra touch of luxury.
The main TV has a 50-inch screen, back projection, and surround-sound. There is a VCR and additional TVs in the bedrooms. The property was built with two garages. The larger one has been converted into a game room with a pool table; and the smaller one was converted into the eighth bedroom.
Parking is available in the large driveway or opposite in the community parking lot. The 30-foot swimming pool has a spa and a very large pool deck with lanai. There is ample pool furniture for relaxing outdoor living.
The Resort facilities include, children's play area, tennis and basket ball. There is golf available very close by the best being the Champions gate golf course.
We are close to shopping malls and major attractions; Disney, Universal Studios, and water parks are all within 20 minutes.
