Description of the Dayton vacation cottage rental
I would like to partner with 50 (or so) people and build a campground. The capital would come from the 50 people prepaying for 2 years of full hook-up perminant campsite rentals. In return you get a third year free, and will be locked in on a discounted rate for eternity! We'll dig a swimming pond as well as a fishing pond. Laundry and shower facilities and maybe a clubhouse, as well as an on site RV service center. (wich is where I'll generate most of my income). We can consider being stockholders but I think my initial idea would be alot less confusing as well as alot less paperwork and legal fees. I'll develop and construct the whole thing. If we act now there is no reason why we can't be camping first thing next year.

Near Ft. Loramie Lake and State Park, Eldora Speedway, Country Concert in the Hills, Minster Octoberfest.
