Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental
this special is for a weekly rate and excludes holidays.
Enjoy the world's most famous beach with 23 miles of Sand, Sun, and Fresh Air from this direct oceanfront unit.
These oceanfront Studios are located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.
We have three studios to choose from that are located on the 4th floor. They are overlooking the pool deck and the beach/ocean
You may choose - Studio with Two queen size beds
-Studio with a a king size bed and full size sofa sleeper.
Units are furnished with kitchenette, full fridge/ice maker, two stovetop burners, microwave/convection oven, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans , cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, counter with two chairs
37" HD TV with DirecTV, DVD, movies and stereo, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, linen and towels.
No Smoking or Pets Allowed

The appartment is super and very elegant, clean and beds confortable Everything we needed we found : jacuzy , nice beaches , three swimmingpools , Walgreen in front to buy what we need , big parking We had a very quiet holiday and only it was difficult to leave so pretty place Even if we live in Italy , we hope to come back soon thank you very mich indeed

Beautiful 9th floor condo unit

We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the condo unit from the time we arrived, and the view of the ocean is incredible. The whole resort is well maintained and the staff is very friendly which is a great plus. Also we enjoyed the protection of the enclosed parking garage with direct access to the resort. It is an easy 5 minute walk to several restaurants as well as a (mall) and grocery store/pharmacy. Lastly but not least, Vita is quick to reply to any questions you may have and there is no delay on the return of your security deposit at the end of your stay. WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN HERE.

Vita was an amazing host and the room is more than you could ask for. The room is spotless upon arrival and has many things provided including a huge flat screen tv. The hotel staff is very friendly and the tiki bar by the pool is fun to hang out at. All the residents were also friendly, open to games of volleyball and such. Top recommendations to anyone that is interested in this area to go through Vita.

Just what we were looking for

I was overly impressed with how nice the condo and resort was. It was located in a perfect spot in the not-so-busy area of the strip, but close to a variety of resturaunts and activities. The resort staff was extremely nice and helpful. The weather was beautiful and the water felt great. The ammenities offered in the condo and at the resort is everything you need and more. My boyfriend and I look forward to returning to your resort. I will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to take such a fabulous vacation. :)
