Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental
This condominium has a beautiful atrium with waterfall and has the convenience of a Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy and Publix Supermarket directly across the street. We are located about a half-mile south of the Red Lobster Restaurant and Denny's Restaurant. You have access to private tennis courts across the street as well as golf priviledges. You virtually do not need a car during your stay with us. On the premises is an indoor pool, private suana, billiard room, an exercise room, an outdoor pool with direct beachfront access.

Memorable Family Vacation

We are truly glad that we were booked the condo from Mark & Donna M. The place is cozy, clean and beautiful view of the ocean. It felt so much like home and Donna was so cordial & helpful right from the beginning of the booking with to dos, suggestions and so prompt in her responses. My family & I were amazed at the service we received. The boys were amazed at the games (electronic & board), everything needed at the beach and esp. the popcorn & chocolate bar left as a welcome gift for them. I would not only recommend this condo rental to everyone but we are surely going back again. FYI- The condo is near to all amenities. Facilities within the condo was good as well. Overall we give a rating of 9.5 out of 10. The other missing 0.5 is for our missing future daughter in law, Alice who was not with us :)

Great condo for Snow Birds or young family.

We spent the whole month of February in this condo, and it is a great condo for Snow Birds or family with children. The location is excellent and although does not face directly on the ocean, you do have a good view. This property is directly across the street from a excellent grocery store and drug store, and many other conveniences and activites are near by. We especially enjoyed walking the beautiful beach which extends for miles. The common amenities of this condo complex are also excellent, including the heated indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, excersise and common party room. The outdoor pool and lounging area is also great although the pool is not heated. The condo is furnished quite well although the beds in the second bedroom are more suited to children. The only thing that really kept us from giving this property 5 stars was that the carpets appeared dirty and stained, but were quickly cleaned when the issue was brought to the attention of the owner, whom we must say was a pleasure to deal with and was curtious and prompt in all our communications. Overall a great experience.

We would definitely recommend this condo for a quiet. relaxing vacation. Only draw backs are the late opening and early closing of the hot tub area. We love to enjoy our early morning coffee and to wind down in the late evening while relaxing in the hot tub. The balcony furniture was on need of repairs. No other complaints or concerns, it was just short of perfect.

very nice condo. everything provided. wonderful location. very well managed. neighbors quite nice. would have given 5 stars, but unit over ours must have been putting a new floor down. quite a lot of furniture moving and hammering. no fault of the owner. one of those things. would go back again and recommend it.

Well cared for building the people we met at he pool were a delight! The condo was wonderful had everything you need to be home away from home. My family would love to stay there again in the future. Great place for a family toys,boards,pool table,swim noodles everything you need to keep busy. The only negitive was that there was not a hairdryer in the unit.However Walgreens was across the street for convience.

We stayed in this condo for the Daytona 500. The price was double what is shown on the website (assume it is due to the Daytona 500). We completely enjoyed it. The condo was very clean and comfortable for 4 people, but it can accommodate 6. Oceanview was a bit obstructed, but the development is directly on the ocean with beautiful beach frontage. Gorgeous pool areas and the grocery store is directly across the street which was a huge plus. The overall location we found to be quite good. We will definitely consider booking it again.
