Privately owned NON-SMOKING/NO PETS studio with kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. On premises: 2 oceanfront swimming pools, a kiddy pool, gym, BBQ area, pool bar, shared laundry room.


NO streets to cross to the beach. On A1A, three-fourths mile to Main-street Pier and Ocean Center, half mile to Speedway Boulevard. 7/11 across the street, Winn-Dixie 1 mile south. DAB Airport five miles away. (Airport shuttle from Orlando to Daytona Beach operates on a daily basis).
Within 1 hour of Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Historic St. Augustine and more.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor (via elevators or stairs) in a five-story oceanfront building, on the side of the building with a side view of the Ocean from the balcony. The building itself is directly on the beach, so you are only steps to the beach and oceanfront pools without crossing any streets.
The complex encompasses two buildings side by side. Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of either bldg. The building this condo is located in has a heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kiddy pool, pool bar (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared laundry room, etc. In the building next door there is a 2nd pool that is set back further from the ocean for additional privacy & an excellent gym.

Area Description

Rebuilt from a regular hotel room, this 400 sq feet studio now has new wall to wall carpet, new air-condition unit, new paint, full size build-in closet, nice, clean furniture. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, smaller electric oven, coffee pot, toaster. Enough pots, cups, dishes and utensils for 4 people. In the living room area, there is a table and two chairs, a large dresser, a night table, 27" TV, 2 lamps and a build-in closet with an iron and ironing board. There are two double beds with linens. Bathroom with a bathtub is very clean with a new shower curtain and a hairdryer.

We have the condo professionally cleaned after every departure. We provide linens. We do not provide towels. Please, bring your own. If you wish to have the condo cleaned during your stay, $55 per one visit will be charged. (Housecleaner subject to availability).

Parking lot at the building, first come first serve basis. Parking stickers will be provided at no additional cost. 2 cars max. No boats, trailers, RV's, recreational vehicles or campers.
Phone line is installed in the studio, however, if you wish to use the phone, open your own account with Bellsouth phone services provider or use a public payphone in the lobby. (Bellsouth charges around $25 monthly). Phone apparatus will be provided at request at no cost.
Cable TV has 80 channels. Included -no additional cost.
NO SMOKING inside. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. NO PETS.
