LARGE LUXURIOUS NON-SMOKING OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, 10th Floor in the SandDollar at 3115 S. Atlantic Ave. Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom have access to a very large private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. The SandDollar Condo is Family oriented, not a party building.

WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY to SATURDAY. 7 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. MasterCard, VISA, and AX accepted.

REDUCED WEEKLY RENTAL RATES: Saturday to Saturday, some weeks as low as $535 per Week.


BUILDING has Security System, Central Smoke Alarms/Sprinklers System, 2 Elevators, 2 Saunas, Oceanfront Pool Deck with Heated Pool and Hot Tub, fully Equipped Exercise Room, and secure Underground Parking for one Car with 7' Door. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants with Diapers or Swimmies are not allowed in our Pool or Hot Tub.

UNIT has Electronic Air Purification, Central AC/Heat, 4 Telephones/Answering System/FREE HIGH SPEED DSL INTERNET CONNECTION, Ceiling Fans throughout and a Computer size Guest Safe for your valuables.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM has Queen Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Recliner, Dining Table/4 Chairs, Breakfast Bar/2 Stools, 27" Remote Control TV/Cable, DVD/VCR Player, Stereo Systen with CD Player/AM-FM Radio, and DVD, VHS, & CD Library.

We had a great time on vacation. The only problem we noticed was the toilet in the master bedroom kept running. Hopefully we can do it again. Tony and Karan you were marvelous and I apologize for the inconvenience I created when we left.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was great. The only complaint is the sofa sleeper needs replacing.
