Your condo is a two bedroom, two bath suite that sleeps up to eight people with one king bed, two double beds and a queen size pull out sofa. Your suite is approximately one mile from I-95 and less than an hour from the Daytona Intl Speedway.

Highlights for this resort include a country club condo suite that is truly a golfer's paradise with every comfort taken into consideration. The facility is overlooking the 17th and 18th holes of the championship golf course. Also available is a hot tub, IMAX® theater, outdoor pool, putting course, tennis and more. The resort's villas are spacious and abound with luxurious touches including comfortably sleeping up to eight people and have a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, spacious living room with cable TV, video player and stereo, dining room, whirlpool bath in the master bedroom, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer in the condo...all the conveniences of home, plus many amenities to ensure that you and your group have a fun-filled and memorable time.

Check in/out times for your weeks stay are:

Sunday 2/10/2008, no earlier than 4:00 pm for check in
Sunday 2/17/2008, no later than 10:00 AM for check out.

Important resort policies:

- The occupancy limit includes children of all ages and is strictly enforced
- All primary guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 23 years of age
- A valid driver's license will be required at the time of check-in
- Pets are not permitted on resort property
- One parking space is allocated per unit
- No RV or trailer parking is available
- The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same size and occupancy as the unit confirmed above.

All of this luxury is available for the entire week for only $4,150.00. A 10% non-refundable deposit will hold this reservation for five days. If entire balance is not paid within that time, the deposit is forfeited and the unit will be made available for rent again. Acceptable payment is US Postal Service Money Order (easily traceable in case of loss), Cashier 's Check drawn on your own bank with proof of account ownership (example of your check or deposit slip with account number blanked) or American Express Travelers Checks (must clear first for transaction to be valid).

This offer is for use of the condo during the times specified only. Tenants are responsible for properly maintaining the property, inside and out. Any restitution for damages are the express responsibility of the tenants.

Important Info: Jacksonville airport is the closest airport to fly into to reach the resort.

From Jacksonville International Airport take I-95 South through Jacksonville to Exit 323 (old 95A). Turn right onto International Golf Parkway. Make an immediate right into World Golf Village, follow signs to Grande Villas at World Golf Village.

From South Florida: Take I-95 North to exit 323 (old 95A). Turn left on to International Golf Parkway. Make an immediate right into World Golf Village, follow signs to Grande Villas at World Golf Village.
