This is a fully furnished ocean front condo. It has a kitchenette with refrigerater, 2 burners, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, blender, and all the pans, dishes, and utinsils. It has all the linens, including beach towels. It has local phone service, television with cable, and a pool that is shared by the club. It has a digital safe in the room as well as digital keyless entry pad for the room door. Both will be programmed for the convenience of the renter. No keys to be lost or misplaced. This unit has a new queen size bed, and a private balcony. Imagine watching the dolphins play in the water from your private balcony, or watch the moon as it reflects on the ocean in the evening with your favorite beverage. Or better yet, open the door part way along with the blinds, light a candle and climb into bed with your loved one and listen to the waves and take in the sight of the moon reflecting on the ocean in (nothing). This unit is aprox 1/2 mile mile from main street and 1 mile from international. It is the perfect spot for the Daytona 500, bike week, or anytone that wants to be in the heart of the action!

This studio condo is aprox 1/2 mile north of Main St, and aprox. 1 mile north of International Blvd. on Atlantic Ave, better known as A1A.
