inspection after checkout.

50% non refundable deposit to hold your reservation.

Max of 2 pets weighing no more than 50 lbs : non- refundable pet fee of $250 per pet

The house was very clean and neat. Tom was very friendly and accomadating to our needs to enter the property earlier than the designated check in time. This was really appreciated. Our stay was very good and pleasing. We are planning another trip in the future and will call again for this home. Thank you so much for the use of this lovely home.
