Separate Bdrm (King)+(Queen)Sofabed, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 Max. This clean privately-owned Non-smoking condo has a separate master bedroom with a high quality comfy king-size bed, a living room/bedroom combo (queen sofabed), two TV's (27 & 19 inch) + Cable/VCR/DVD, kitchen/dining area, & oceanfront swimming pools. NO STREETS to cross to the beach as we are located on A1A Beach Side!

Perfectly situated on the 3rd floor for great views, 3/4 mile to Mainstreet Pier & 4-5 miles to the International Racetrack (DAB Airport five miles away). You can relax on the Worlds Most Famous Beach while enjoying the ocean & sunrises, go fishing, or swim in one of the oceanfront pools. Most of all, enjoy and have fun, just getting away from it all! Cook out on the oceanfront BBQ grills and eat right on the water without paying the high prices restaurants charge!

This condo is located on the beach, on the side of the building with a sideview of the Ocean from the balcony. The building itself is directly on the beach, so you are only steps to the beach and oceanfront pools without crossing any streets.

It's comfortable, tidy and clean - and ready for your stay. We personally clean the condo after every departure. The beach is directly in front of the pools. Bed Linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs, & Umbrella are included.

The Separate Master Bedroom has a king bed, Cable TV & ceiling fan. The Living room features a Queen-Size pull-out Sofabed, Cable TV, VCR and local phone service, (sorry, must use a calling card for long distance). The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove top burners (no oven, except micro & toaster), blender, crock pot, and a toaster-oven.

Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of the bldg. There is a shared heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kiddy pool, a shared coined laundry room, etc. There is an additional 2nd pool that is set back a smidge further from the ocean for additional privacy. If a hurricane is predicted for the week of your arrival, all monies paid ahead of time will either be refunded or put towards another week in the same year. You decide if you want a refund or if you want to apply what you paid towards another week.

Fishing, Mainstreet Pier & Ocean Center close by,Daytona International Speedway Racing Racetrack - 4-5 miles Away, close to Speedway Blvd., Sideview of the Ocean/view from the balcony, Swimming with Heated Pool, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Parasailing, Shelling, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Amusement Parks, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas & Restaurants such as Bubba Gumps less than a mile away, Museums, Sightseeing, Take a trip to Orlando Disney World or Universal Studios, as they are only about an hour away.

* The first $200/wk+ is REQUIRED up front, to reserve the property.

* Once you advise us that you wish to reserve the condo and that you plan to mail the first $200+ to reserve it, we will temporarily reserve the condo for 4-5 days pending receipt of the first $200+. If the $200+ is not received in 4-5 days, we will open the week up to others.
