Our condos are oceanfront. Check before renting at this resort !! -- Do not disappoint yourself - some balconies are standing room only ! Ask about the size of your balcony and make sure you know the view from the room. The #1 comment I hear from renters is that they rented from another owner at this resort and were disappointed with the view. Make sure you ask what you are renting !!

We prefer Security Deposit to be held on a credit card for the most timely return

All Rental Payments Due in USD - you are responsible for exchange rate difference.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited, refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee.
