The rooms were spotless, the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The condo has everything from sheets & towels to beach toys for the kids. It is very well appointed has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool was very clean and the water was nice and warm. The building itself really needs to be updated, but the condo was wonderful. The views of the ocean and Halifax river were amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks and the weather was dreary and rainy most of the time. However we did have four great days of sunshine and we got to enjoy Jeep week. I would recommend staying here to everyone. The location is great, the condo is wonderful and the panoramic views are beautiful.

We found ourselves referring to the Peck Plaza as home. It was clean, organized, support people on site were friendly, efficient and helpful. I was disappointed in the WiFi connection - it was very slow. The provider asisted me in getting connected but did not return my calls successive calls for assistance.

Spectacular View With the Comforts of Home

We stayed for 49 days. The room was promised to another for the races, after our stay, or we could have stayed longer. We have it reserved for same time next year and can't wait to get back. The view is beyond belief. We would wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sunshine stayed until about 2:30 everyday that the sun was out. Same for the sunset . The building and garage are secured. It has comfortable furnishings. The condo is absolutely clean and has plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. Flat Screen TVs. Landlady is wonderful. Although I didn't need to bother her. Her housekeeper takes care of everything when you arrive and need anything. The building is right at the beach. You can sit out on the patio and look out on the ocean and drink your coffee and read your newspaper or look to your right and watch the cars go by or watch the sailboats on the Halifax River. It is not too far from Dunlawton Bridge. The washer and dryer are regular size and clean and work well. The bathrooms are nice and one has handicap rails in the Shower. She has thought of everything for the beach. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We brought our family of 5 and had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The amenities at Ocean Walk resort are endless. Very convenient for shopping, dining, entertainment. We walked everywhere.

We had a great time at this condo. The beach is amazing, the weather was beautiful, and the condo was so well-equipped both for us to stay there and for us to play at the ocean. One of our guess was I'll and the wonderful cleaning stuff let her lay down in one of the bedrooms prior to her check in time so that she could rest and feel better. We had such a good time and we will definitely be back to stay at this condo. The owner was very helpful and made all of the arrangements so easy for us to follow.

The condo was very clean and had everything you needed from a well stocked kitchen to linens and toiletries. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. It was in a good central location with easy driving access to most dining and shopping. The only negative thing I have to say is the building itself is not the easiest to navigate. Your only access to the beach is down the elevator to the third floor, out the door accross the pool deck. down a level of stairs accross the tennis courts then down a few more steps. This is also how you must reenter the building but to reenter you must have a code for a combination lock (that always sticks) then a key for the third floor door then back up to your room with a third key. This is everytime you go in or out. And you must always have on a cover up over your swimsuit inside the building, no matter your age or sex. There is a parking gararage however an SUV won't fit under but there is adequate parking in an outside lot. You can get to the beach through the parking garage (another key needed) but you can't get to the beach from the parking lot.

We want to thank the owners of the condo we rented in the Peck bldg. on Daytona Beach. It was very nicely appointed. The linnens were clean and almost new. The king bed was very comfy. But oh, the pillows, just like at home and that is unusual for a rental. The weather was great and of course you cannot help but fall in love with the beach. The spa, pool ,sauna were all working well. We kept a 9 yr old boy busy every minute he was awake! The condo was stocked with beach toys, chairs, games, and lots of beach towels. The owner of the condo must have been doing this for years as everything you could possibly think of was there and ready to use. Oh, I should mention the water pressure in the showers, no little trickle. It can releave any ache or pain you acquired from too much activity. There is just so much to do. Our only problem was that we did not have enough time to spend, even though the owner was nice enough to allow us to stay an extra day. We will definetly rent from her again and be happy to make any additional recommendations she would like. Sincerely, Carol & Larry

This condo was the perfect place to stay with out family. With two teenagers we had plenty of room. The views were beautiful and so is the Condo. Equipted with everything you need. Very clean and comfotable. We hope to be back next year. Tina was so prompt in returning emails and made reservations very easy.

Great location with covered parking. We were there during torrential rains, so we were very glad to have a place with covered parking, 3 tvs, books and games in the condo. Although we couldn't take advantage of the beach, there were plenty of beach towels & toys. There is also pool and ping-pong in the building. We had plenty of room for 4 adults. It was especially nice to have a table and seating for 6. We'll definitely stay here again.

We spent the week in Peck Plaza and it was perfect. We loved being right on the beach and near restaurants. The deck was fabulous. Everything was clean and comfortable all the time. My only complaint, which is not the fault of Peck Plaza, is that some selfish people will go out early in the morning before 7:30 or even the night before and "claim" lounge chairs around the pool for themselves so that, even if they are not in the pool area, no one else feels welcome to use them. People who want to be guaranteed a lounge chair at any time of the day sould rent one on the beach or bring their own. 12/2011, M. Waters, Georgia
This was just what we needed. Tina's Condo was perfect. It was Clean, comfortable and beatifully decorated. We travelled with two teenagers so we had plenty of room and were never in eachother's way. It was close to attractions and restaurants. And right on the beach. The view was magnificant. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning. Would definately stay here again.
