Come relax at the beach with everything that you need provided in this BRAND NEW, luxurious, 3 bed/3 Bath, 2300 square foot, direct oceanfront condo with huge picture windows overlooking the ocean in every room! This is a HUGE southeast corner unit that has 50 feet of direct oceanfront with a huge oceanfront balcony and then the rest of the condo extends along the entire side of the building from front to back, with waterfront views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway from every window. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves, ready for a day of relaxation or fun in the sun! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony in the warm sunshine or a romantic evening in the glow of the moon off the sparkling water. Listen to the waves as they rock you to sleep at night.
This is your home away from home with professionally decorated tropical upscale furnishings that are comfortable and inviting to relax on. The master suite is direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony for listening to those waves and a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a big corner jacuzzi tub. The vanity has dual sinks and a granite countertop. The living room and dining room are also direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony that has a dining table & chairs for your own private beachside dining. The living room has a 42" plasma T.V. and DVD player, we even provide DVDs to watch! We have 2 new identical units in the same building located on the 7th or the 11th floors, with exactly the same views and floorplans. Both the direct oceanfront master suites have king beds and king beds in the 2nd master suite and 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed in the 3rd suite, both with views of the ocean and the sunset over the river. The unit on the 11th floor has a pull-out couch in the living room while the one on the 7th floor has a regular couch and loveseat.
The full kitchen in all the units has granite countertops, brand new upscale appliances, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware and pots & pans. All linens are included with high thread count luxurious sheets and towels and a full size washer & dryer are inside the condo as well. We also provide high speed wireless internet inside the condo, everything that you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, floats, boogie boards, etc., and secure parking in our gated parking garage, ALL included at no extra charge!
The resort has lots to do with 2 heated oceanfront swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, a pool table and state-of-the-art fitness center. Use our private beach access to go right down to the beach from our gated deck. Relax in the oceanfront clubroom with a drink overlooking the ocean while the kids play pool. The resort is pet friendly and we welcome your small dog with an extra pet deposit. We are conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, miniature golf and grocery items. All Daytona Beach attractions are within 15 minutes and the lighthouse is only 10 minutes away.

Ocean front and center!! 2 O/Fmaster bedrooms with bathsand full large balcony iwth cushioned dining on patio for6. Spotless and nicely decorated. Kitchen with stainless appliances and spacious granite counter -room for several cooks in the kitchen at once. Enjoyed the Club Room one cool day -beautiful area. Will return again.

When I was first looking for a place to stay in the Daytona area I looked on a lot of sites. I was very nervous about renting a place I hadn't really seen from a person I never met. I am so glad I did. Debbie was wonderful to deal with, very easy to contact with questions and her assistant Linda was lovely as well. I was concerned until we got there and saw the place, the pictures are accurate. I can't wait to return. I would definately recomend this unit to my friends and any of the properties Debbie rents out as well. I really can't say enough nice things about this condo and Debbie.

My husband and I along our 2 teenage sons and two of their friends (also our Yorkie, Posh) visited Daytona the week of July 8-13. The DiMucci Condo was absolutely fabulous. It was very spacious, clean, had all conviences of home, directly on the beach, and was safe. The boys were able to entertain themselves with the pools, hottubs, ocean, pool table, 5 tvs, wireless access, and walking distance for fast food and entertainment and shopping. The experience from start to finish was the best that we have had. Debbie was awesome to work with and had all plans right down to the letter. We would definately love to go back and stay here again. You will not be disappointed, I assure you.

Luxury views as promised, with fine accommodations. Only down side was dishwasher didi not work , but manager had a repair man in the day after we called and problem was fixed. All in all a great trip.

My brother, his wife, our cousin, my husband and myself had a lovely time at the beach. The condo provided plenty of room and it was nicely decorated. Having three bathrooms was a plus. Aunt Catfish Restaurant was just across the river ( YUMMY). Being over 50, we enjoy vacationing after Labor Day when the weather is a bit cooler and the beach less crowded plus the condo cost less ( Yay). Although we didn't use the gym, pool table or common area this trip, they were really nice. Hopefully we'll be able to make use of them next trip.

We stayed for a week in 708 DiMucci Tower. It was everything the owner adverstised. Great location, much more room than we needed for 4 adults and 2 grandchildren.If we go back to Daytona Beach we will stay in this Condo again. Only complaint, need to sharpen the cooking knives.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for and more. The view was spectacular. The location was fantastic. The condo itself was amazing. The pictures did not do it justice. I was so pleased with this condo! At first, I was a little nervous sending all this money to someone I didn't know. But Debbie and her staff were awsome. The condo was very nice. All you need to bring are your clothes. She has provided everything you need. Three couples stayed in our unit, along with 5 small children. There was plenty of room. We loved the balcony and view most!!!!! I would defintely recommend this as a place to stay in daytona.

We fell in love with this condo. It was very clean and had everything you could want. We have three children and there was lots of room for all. Pool area had nice chairs and beautiful view of the ocean .We hope to return in the future.

The condo was better than we could of imagined.It was very clean and everything they promised was there.The location is excellent,but you do require a car.Bill met us in front of the building and showed us are parking spot and helped us check in.The views from any of the windows where breath taking.We have traveled to Florida many times and this is the best value we ever found for the money.

We loved the layout and quality of the finishes in the condo. Two bedrooms on the inter-coastal side and one on the ocean side (all with bathrooms) allowed much privacy for two couples and allowed two kids to have their own space. The master bedroom and bath were a real treat (extremely comfortable bed and bedding, gorgeous view, walk-in closet, jacuzzi, glass block shower, and extra long vanity). We cooked nearly every meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We used the washer/dryer in the condo as well as the beach chairs, sand toys, kid movies and "beach reads". No college football was missed on the nice TV. The pool table, outdoor pools and hot tubs were very nice. There were carts in the parking garage to help us move in and out and get groceries upstairs. The location was perfect. We walked to the nearby pier for dinner one night and to a cute local breakfast place. We frequented a nice grocery story (only 1 mile away) and liquor store (right across the street). Everyone was super-nice from the time we made the reservation to arrival, to departure. We had a wonderful time.

Three couples shared this condo for one week-plenty of space. Ideally located for day trips to St Augustine, Orlando, Cocoa Beach. We had spectacular views of sunrise over ocean/sunset over sound - dolphins, beautiful beach & pools(not at all crowded) Condo was in fabulous location with great amenities and nicely decorated. Debbie was easy to work with to schedule our trip and she responded promptly to any questions. Kitchen is generally well equipped. FYI dogs are not allowed on this stretch of the beach (plenty of neighborhood streets nearby for dog walking) but are allowed further south near Ponce Inlet. We look forward to another vacation here in the future.

We all enjoyed the very spacious, "luxury" oceanfront condo! Since we spent most of our time at the beach, we just did not have time to enjoy all the great ammenities available at the condo complex. The location was convenient to other activities, as well. We'd recommend this accommodation to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. The condo was very clean and luxurious with an awesome view of the ocean. The beach was not crowded and we felt very comfortable with the children on the beach as we had lifeguard stations in front of the condo. We will definitely be returning next summer.

My family (husband, daughter (15), mother (80) and her friend enjoyed our vacation very much. The key thing is kind of a hassle. We thought they would have beach cabana's for rent and there was not. Only one pool was heated and it was not heated enough for the cool winds, we only went in once. The hot tubs were nice. A couple of umbrellas and tables by the pools would also be nice. Over all it was still a nice place to stay and we had nice weather for vacation.

If you are looking for a great place to stay on Daytona Beach, this is it. We had two families (8 people)and the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom design gave us all privacy and comfort. It is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach, and furnished with everything you could need, including extras like great beach towels and beach chairs. We loved it.

This condo is spectacular and we can't wait to come back! It has huge windows overlooking the ocean from every room and is so nice and bright. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take home that huge master suite bathroom, especially the jacuzzi tub! The owner thought of everything that we could possibly want and we really enjoyed taking the beach chairs, towels and floats down to the beach each day so we didn't have to rent these items. Everything was so new and clean and the resort wasn't crowded at all, so we really got some much needed rest and relaxation. We walked across the street every morning to our favorite little breakfast spot and were amazed at what a great location this was, it was close to everything! I definately recommend this condo for families like ours, or for anyone that just wants to get away and enjoy the luxury! We are making plans now to come back for our next vacation!
