We have the entire corner of the building, from the front to the back, with 30 feet of direct oceanfront and big picture windows overlooking the ocean from every room. The direct oceanfront balcony runs all the way from the master suite over to the living room with spectacular views of the sunrise from bed! This is located on the sunny Southeast corner where you can enjoy the sun all day from sunup to sundown, and then watch the sunset from our 2nd balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway. This is your home away from home, well-appointed elegant condo with a 50" large screen plasma TV, DVD player, professionally decorated upscale tropical furnishings, full kitchen with granite countertops and upscale appliances with refrigerator, glass-top stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, blender, dishware, pots & pans and full-size washer & dryer.
The oceanfront master suite has a king bed with sliding doors that go out to the oceanfront balcony so you can lie in bed and watch the waves coming in, or let them rock you to sleep at night. There is a huge Roman Tub, Double marble sinks and separate shower. Finish a day of fun in the sun with a nice relaxing soak in the tub! The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, bathroom with a shower stall and a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway, your guests can lie in bed and watch the boats sail by! There is a formal living room with huge picture windows that overlook the ocean, dining room and separage den with both ocean and river views. See the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river, you have the best of both worlds. We provide everything that you need for a perfect beach getaway: beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, floats and various sand toys. All you have to bring is your bathing suit and sunscreen and enjoy the beach!

What a wonderful place to relax and see the beauty of the ocean, river and city all at once! This condo is even better than the pictures. Everything in the condo is spotless and the building is so secure. The beach is great and so are their pools. It's in a nice quiet area, too. We will definitely be back in the future!
