Spanish style condo 1 block from the intra-coastal/river (watch the sunset and the yachts go by or fish at the gazebo pier)... 4 blocks from the beach (where all the action is at Daytona Beach's Ocean Walk!) ... 1 block from restuarants and shops on Seabreeze.

Feels like you are living in a home. Pool in the front courtyard, lawned back yard with patios. Neighbors are charming people. You will relax here and be everywhere you need to be.

Two bedrooms and 2 baths... king and queen beds... full size sleeper sofa... fully equipped kitchen... TV, DVD, ... ocean breezes flow through the condo when you open the windows and sliding doors. Ahhh, relax.

Rents monthly and weekly.

Area Description

This is a historic beachside area of Daytona. Lots of older, Spanish and Bungalow style houses that have been turned into Bed and Breakfastes, lawyers offices.

You can walk to the beach, river, restaurants, water park, Daytona Playhouse, lots of places. Very enjoyable location.

Disney Theme Parks are an excellent day trip from this charming place.

"Wow, does anyone live here? It's a small quaint complex, it is like that show Melrose Place. My teenagers were in the pool all the time. It was like we had it to ourselves. The neighbors are so nice, the type you wished lived next to you at home. My wife and I walked to the river to watch the sunset and we saw a play at Daytona Playhouse, on the waterfront, 1/2 a block away. Our teenagers bee-lined it to the beach all the time. It was great. I highly recommend this charming place!"
