This gorgeous condo is located right on the beach, you don't have to cross any streets or walk down a path to get to the beach, you are right there on the water. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony in the warm sunshine or a romantic evening in the glow of the moon off the sparkling water. You can see and hear the waves from your king bed in the oceanfront master suite. Let those waves rock you to sleep at night! After a day of fun in the sun come home and relax in the big corner jacuzzi tub and let your cares float away and relax, your on vacation!
This is your home away from home, large 2000 square foot luxurious condo with a 42" plasma tv w/DVD player in the oceanfront living room, another 42" plasma tv in the separate den with a queen size sofabed overlooking the river, dining room, full kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and new upscale appliances with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cofee maker, toaster, blender, dishware and pots & pans. The oceanfront master suite has a king bed, large corner jacuzzi tub, separate shower with 2 shower heads and sliding doors that go out to the oceanfront balcony. The balcony then extends all the way over to the living room with another set of sliding doors in the living room and dining table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying your own private beachside dining. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and bathroom. Each bedroom has its own tv and there is a full size washer & dryer inside the condo. All linens are provided, just bring your clothes and some groceries and you are all set. The condo goes all the way through the building from the ocean all the way over to the intracoastal waterway. You have the best of both worlds, you can see the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the intracoastal waterway.
We also provide everything that you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and a cooler, all located inside the condo so you can take it to the beach and have some fun in the sun!
