One of the best vacations ever.We so needed to get away my father in law passed away and we needed to take a break from every thing. We also have three children that we have gotten full custody of that we have fostered over the past 3 years so our budget is tight and the price was good for us. Thanks for a very great week.

The layout of our condo was good for our family of five with 3 adults and 2 kids. When in the condo we had space to move around with two little ones. The linens and kitchen equipment was adequate for a week's stay. Sometimes the little things make a huge different when staying in a rented condo. Like finding salt, pepper, coffee filters and laundry dryer sheets in the cabinets. The card table found in the closet was used in front of the couch the entire stay for board games and coloring. The beach and access to it was awesome. We did not use the beach chairs but they were appreciated. Our grandkids did though use the "noodles" in the pool. The condo could have been a bit cleaner. The master bathroom vent was full of dust and it settled on the ceiling. The master bath had a musty smell. All in all we had an enjoyable stay at this condo and would recommend it to friends.

We spent Spring Break week at Southpoint Condos, Unit 410. It was very relaxing and the unit had everything we needed! I wanted to take the king sized bed home -- it was so comfortable! The only thing we found lacking was a light for night-time grilling. The sun set and it was dark out there. We saw one family eating at the picnic tables in the dark. Otherwise, it's close to Daytona Beach if you want action / shopping, etc., but quiet at night at Southpoint Condos.

Great Year End Fun

My husband and children very much enjoyed the condo. Everyone had plenty of room. It was clean and neat and it was nice to have internet access. We took a trip to the lighthouse and Daytona Beach. We also took a day trip to The Kennedy Space Center which was only about 45 minutes away. We were hoping to use the outdoor heated pool, but unfortunately it was too cold. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked too. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo.

We stayed at South Point for Biketoberfest and we had the best time. The condo we rented was very nice, the furniture was fairly new and the view alone was worth the money. There was also plenty of parking for all the bikes that were there. We will be back!!

Great area, beach and condo

We vacationed in Ponce Inlet this past summer and Southpoint Condos were in the perfect spot. The beach was great with the white sand, blue water, and no traffic. The condo and complex were very well situated and the kids had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Daytona Beach was very close for shopping and the lighthouse and turtle hospital were great excursions and very close. We highly recommend the condo and complex for a relaxing and quiet vacation. We even had a turtle come up on the beach and lay eggs on the last night. We would definitely come back in the near future.

Wonderful views from a clean spacious condo. All amenities you would need for a relaxing vacation. Having the Queen/twin in one room was nice for my 3 girls and then a queen pullout for my mom that came with us. Kitchen with all pans and utensils was nice for breakfast and lunches in the condo. Close to great eats and shopping. The lighthouse is close and a fun attraction. Pool was nice and refreshing after surfing the waves on the beach! This condo also has chairs and umbrellas for beach sitting along with boggie boards for the kids to play in the waves. We loved this place and will definately return in the future.

The condo has wonderful views of the ocean as it is right on the beach and has floor to ceiling windows. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trips to the beach. The kids had a great time! We will stay again if we are in Daytona Beach.

Awesome Vacation Spot

The condo was very clean and had everything you could hope for on-site. The beds slept wonderfully and the on-site staff were very pleasant and helpful. We saw dolphins the very first day we were there and truly enjoyed the beach and pool. The sunrise was beautiful from the back deck. This is certainly a "home" that would be somewhere to return on another vacation. Thank you!

We had a great time and appreciated the "like home" conditions at this condo. Beautiful view from the balcony and great beach access. We also took a sailing trip and a fishing trip at Ponce Inlet, and they were wonderful experiences! I highly recommend this spot, especially for families. We have 3 children and the accommodations were perfect! We would stay here again!

If the weather had been better- the trip would have been an A+. Great place to stay with "like home" accommodations. The staff was great and very helpful. Awesome condo on the perfect quiet beach

This condo was the perfect beach location for us. We stayed there for 3 weeks. The "no-car/no-drive" beach makes this place very safe and quiet. Fishing spots are nearby. The king bed in the main bedroom is the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The Atlantic oceanfront view is fantastic. From the balcony we could see dolphins! We even got to witness space shuttle Discovery August nite-launch from the balcony. At low tide you can easily ride a bike on the beach and cover great distances to visit the area. The property is well maintained and the condo itself is fully equipped and very clean. We will definitely go back. No more hotel booking for us. There are also 3 good restaurants nearby (The North Turn, Down The Hatch, & Inlet Harbor Restaurant). Looking forward to go back.
