Direct ocean front condo with "no Drive" white sandy beach south of Daytons Beach at Ponce Inlet (rated in the 10 nicest beaches in the USA (National Beach Rating)!! Experience the fantastic sunrise and waves of the Atlantic ocean from your own balcony and the sunset from you back door observing the intercostal waterway . Free high speed internet is provided.You can enjoy the ocean from your living area,dining area, master bedroom -bath and kitchen. Your living area has a new 42" Vizio flat screen and a Queen size sofa bed, with sliding glass doors to the balcony. Your second bedroom and bath has a queen size bed and a twin bed. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. All bedrooms have TV's with cable. The sleeping capacity is 7 adults. You have a large heated pool that is away from the wind and non-shaded!

Area Description

Southpoint condo is a quiet safe family retreat only 1 hour from Disney,St. Augustine,and Kennedy Space Center It is 15 minutes from the Daytona500 Speedway and Museum. Also it is only a 5 minute walk to the well know "North Turn " Restuarant that has beachfront dining/dancing and entertainment.Southpoint condo is within 2 miles from the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Marine Science center that has a turtle hospital,(big attraction for children)!

Awesome condo on the perfect quiet beach, September 8, 2009

This condo was the perfect beach location for us. We stayed there for 3 weeks. The "no-car/no-drive" beach makes this place very safe and quiet. Fishing spots are nearby. The king bed in the main bedroom is the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The Atlantic oceanfront view is fantastic. From the balcony we could see dolphins! We even got to witness space shuttle Discovery August nite-launch from the balcony. At low tide you can easily ride a bike on the beach and cover great distances to visit the area. The property is well maintained and the condo itself is fully equipped and very clean. We will definitely go back. No more hotel booking for us. There are also 3 good restaurants nearby (The North Turn, Down The Hatch, & Inlet Harbor Restaurant). Looking forward to go back.
