One Master bedroom has very comfortable (king size bed) with a private bath, plus a second bath with a Sofabed (Queen) that gives privacy for everyone, include individually controlled air and heat, cable tv. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room behind the condo for your convenience, three pools (one headed) and one for the Children. Gym and private patio area. No streets to cross to the beach. On A1A, three-fourths miles to Main Street, Pier, and Ocean Center, and half mile to Speedway, (DAB Airport 3 miles away) You can relax on the beach while enjoying the Ocean Breezes, the smell of salt air and the sound of crashing waves against the Daytona shoreline and most important enjoy the sunrises, go fishing, or swim in one of the pools. Most of all enjoy and have fun, getting away from it all. This Condo is located right in front of the swimming pool 30 steps to the beach for your convenience and enjoyment!

Christmas getaway

We traveled with our two teenage boys to spend Christmas on the ocean. The condo had plenty of room for the four of us. Large bed with private bath in master bedroom was great. We cooked in and were able to have sit down dinners as a family. You can see the ocean from the condo unit. The pool at the complex was quite chilly. Sand is always an issue at the beach, so the tile floors in the condo made it easy to clean.

Thanks for your review. The condo has two pools and one of them has a heater, but during the month of December the association decided to make some repairs and therefore it was not available for use.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was right next to the pool w/ a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, neat and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for clothes, toys,etc. The DVD players and movies were a nice extra as were the beach accessories. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Great Condo

We were late in deciding to go to Daytonia and were concerned that we could not find a nice place on short notice. But we lucked out the condo we stayed in was very nice, had all the amenities that anyone would need. Location was great, we were just steps from the pool AND beach. one of our favorite things about this unit, is that it is literally steps to the pool. great unit if you have kids. didn't have to wait and get in a hot elevator. we could see the pool from the breakfasat room window, allowing us to keep an eye out while cooking dinner. this is THE UNIT. hope all enjoy as much as we did. owner is wonderful!

We stayed in a condo on the second floor, close to the elevator, very easy access. Condo was VERY nice, great setting, very clean, comfortable, very good rates, would recommend this condo highly. Very nice owners. Great ocean view. Had all the comforts of home. Pools were excellant, very clean, alsao has secuirty guard plus a lock on the gate going to the beach, ocean was great as well as the beach, beautiful. Not condo 40346. We stayed in room 215

The condo owner acted as a virtual travel agent for us. She helped us with transportation arrangements while in FL. She was very agreeable to work with and the property is very nice. The proximity to the ocean is outstanding. We would recommend this condo to anybody. Everything was in excellent condition.
