Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental
Enjoy 23 miles of Atlantic Ocean beach with sand, sun and fresh air.
9th floor unit with wonderful North view of the beach/ocean and a Private balcony (balcony is narrow, two stools are provided to be able to sit outside).
It is fully furnished with two queen size beds(sleeps up to 4 people). 37" HD TV with Blu-ray player/DVD
Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen has a full fridge with ice maker, two stove top burners, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware.
Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer
It is furnished to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
All you would need to bring is your personals.

The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond.

This is the second time we have rented this unit, after years of vacationing here. I highly recommend this as a way to save money and enjoy all of the conveniences of this resort! The room has everything one needs to have a fabulous vacation right on the beach. The resort is lovely with great pools. The view from the room is beautiful. As the listing indicates, the balcony is not huge, but enough to walk out on and enjoy the beach air. The beds are very comfortable. Another towel rack in the bathroom wouldn't hurt, but that's minor. We love that the coffee pot has a built in grinder. There is a large microwave as well as a large toaster oven. The room is decorated in a nice beachy theme. There is ample room for all of your clothes, beach items, etc. With a major grocery store directly across the street, you can save money eating in, but there are also some great restaurants in the area. This is definitely our favorite place to vacation. Vita is a pleasure to work with and makes the experience so easy. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Thank you, Vita, for the lovely room at a wonderful resort. I appreciate all the help you gave and the ease of renting from you. The room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Some of the little touches were so nice. I didn't even realize there were binoculars until the last day. The resort is fabulous and it is very popular with locals for weddings, showers, and conferences. The staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter came one night and a friend came for a couple of nights. Both thought this was a very nice resort and felt you reasonably priced the rental. I will definitely stay with you again. I even gave your name to a local who wanted a place for her family to stay. A+ vacation stay. Thank you.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the DBR. Vita was incredibly kind and extremely patient. It was everything that the website said and more. Being able to wake up and walk right out onto the deck to see the beautiful view of the beach/ocean was amazing. It was hard to believe how inexpensive it was. We highly recommended Vita and the DBR to people down in Florida and people in our hometown. We thank Vita so much and when we visit Florida again we wil make sure to contact Vita.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Daytona Beach Resort. Very friendly, clean, and close to everything. It was right n the beach, with two pools also a kids pool, an indoor pool, along with a Jacuzzi. There was a supermarket across the street also a Walgreen's. Plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance. Looking forward to going back, recommended for a family of four or less.

Apartment was spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you need for self-catering. Access to parking deck was easy. pool area beautiful and direct and private access to the beach absolutely terrific. Life guard was nearby too. Shops and especially the supermarket across the street were very convenient. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating when we had a question or request. All this contributed to a memorable, relaxing and very enjoyable vacation.

We stayed there for 3 days. Very pleasant. Close to stores. Beaches beautiful and calm. It is cheaper than renting directly from hotel. However be aware there is no maid service. Got deposit back in a timely way. Well worth the money. Vita is easy to work with

My husband and I loved staying in this resort and clean room! Everything we needed was there. Even beach towels. We did purchase a couple of beach chairs. Much cheaper than renting! We did our daily morning walk directly across the street for Starbucks, and to pick up any groceries at Publix. Nice ocean view from room. We met several people booking directly from the resort, and told them to book from Rita! A much better deal :0) Staff also very friendly at Resort - something you don't always find.
