Come enjoy the beauty of the beach, ocean, Halifax river and the pelicans flying by at eye level! This Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom all oceanfront condo has an ocean view from every window. Every room has floor to ceiling windows and because it is a round building, there are no obstructions, it is ALL VIEW from the 22nd floor! You can relax in the king bed in the master suite and see the ocean and the river with boats sailing by all at the same time. The 2nd suite with a queen bed & full size double bed and it is ALL OCEANFRONT. Enjoy a romantic evening on the balcony with the moon glowing off the water. Let the ocean rock you to sleep at night, this is a little slice of heaven for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.
This beautiful condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably using the sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is well taken care of and has been updated with corian countertops throughout and new furniture and mattresses. The unit has a split plan that lets the oceanfront guest bedroom be closed off with it's own bathroom forming 2 private retreats. With central AC, a full kitchen with plenty of dishware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, linens, towels, washer & dryer, you have all the comforts of home. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is provided. We aslo include beach towles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, floats, boogie boards and sand toys; just bring your favorite suntan lotion and you are ready for some relaxing on the beach!
Upstairs we have the Top of Daytona Restaurant on the 29th floor with breathtaking panoramic 360 degree views of the city and the ocean, with terrific views all the way down to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Next door is the Shores Resrot and Spa offering full spa services, an oceanfront tiki bar and 2 firepits for enjoying a romantic evening on the beach and Daytona's only 4 Diamond restaurant, all for you to enjoy as well!

Area Information

Peck Plaza has been voted one of the top 3 Wonders of Volusia County with its unique architecture. It boasts the best views on the beach due to it being round, so there are no walls to obstruct the magnificent views. The resort just completed a $1,000,000 renovation of the outside of the building and the oceanfront deck with a new large sundeck, heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court and shuffleboard court. Inside on the Club Level there is a pool table, ping pong table, fitness room and saunas.
Located on the south side of the beach where it is more quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet convenient to all the area attractions.

Staying at this condo has been such a retreat for us. Decor and colors are important to me (stayed in some pretty tacky places) and Debby is a great decorator. The new glider/recliners make the living area perfect. CLEAN furniture, gorgeous floors, sparkling clean from top to bottom, nice linens, you know, girl stuff! Not only that, but you really don't have to bring anything but clothes and food because everything else is there for you--boards, chairs, umbrella, TOYS! This place has all the fun stuff so nobody gets bored even if it rains! I plan on returning next year! And I really like September at Daytona! Feeling very blessed!

On the best side of Peck Plaza (I lived in Daytona for 7 years), the condo has an ocean view as well as river view. It does not stop there. We filmed a moonrise, sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The condo is clean, secure and a pure treat to stay in. We never saw a soul the whole time in the elevator and the people we met were friendly. If you don't stay here, you are missing out on a fine experience!

"Best Vacation Ever"

Our family's stay at this amazing and unique 22nd floor condo at Peck Plaza was the most relaxing, quiet, secure vacation we have ever had! Everything was perfect. There was even shower gel in the showers! One day we ran into our neighbors next door and they asked if we had been there all week and we asked them the same question because neither of us had heard eachother at all & we even had 3 teenagers w/us! Sipping coffee each morning on the balcony taking in the most amazing view we have ever seen was priceless. This was "our home" for an entire week & it was absolutely wonderful and unforgetable, but also very difficult to leave. Debby was extremely patient & great to work with. Thank you Debby! We hope to see you again soon!

Words can't express what an awesome condo this is. I had never stayed in a condo before and after this, I will NEVER rent another hotel room again. You are on the 22nd floor!I have been to Daytona Beach alot and I never knew the water was that blue. You can see EVERYTHING! The seagulls flew by and you felt like you could reach out and touch them. Due the the height we were at we saw a spectacular double rainbow over the ocean. It was breathtaking and one of the highlights of my stay. We were given 2 cell phones numbers for anything we needed. We were greeted at the door, and received a tour of the property.Your vehicle is secured by a locking gate, and you have your own parking space. If you are looking to relax, this is the place. Debby is great, she has everything ready for you when you arrive all the way down to a bar of soap. You truly bring your clothes and that is all you need. This condo felt like my own for 7 glorious days, and I hated to go home. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
