Lodging Tax: 12.5
Deposits: There is always a tax of 12.5% on any rate and a $100 security deposit. Deposits include $25 for the parking pass, so please be sure to leave it behind in the room!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is as great as the pictures! It was fully stocked with fun toys, the pool is great and the beach view - wow!

The studio was very nice. The view of the pool and ocean were perfect. The towels under the bathroom sink didn't seem to be clean, but we found some in the closet. We would stay here again. The office sign read "Closed until further notice.", but we really didn't need anything. The combination lock box on the door was awesome and the access to the pool and beach was easy! The code for the gate to the beach was not found anywhere. Luckily we found other guests that were willing to give it to us.
