My family and I stayed in this lovely little condo right on the beach and loved it. It was well kept, spacious enough for our needs, and a wonderful value. We would gladly stay there again!

A great little studio on a nice and quiet (except on Saturday during the day) section of the Daytona beach, perfect for families with small children. The balcony was my absolute favorite place to sit, with a little table and chair set-up with a phenomenal view and cool breeze. Sheets and fluffy towels were clean and soft. We especially enjoyed the chilled bottle of wine and chocolates that were waiting for us at check-in! We came all the way from Arizona by plane so were lacking in a few essentials but luckily beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper and (most importantly) coffee were all provided for our convenience. We look forward to renting again next summer!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay very much. Jim & Carrie are very nice people. The only complaint I have is that the condo could have been a little cleaner ie. floors & bathroom tiles.

This unit had the basic amenities needed. Everything in good working order. Good size TV. The highlight of the unit was the beautiful ocean breezes and view. Bed could have been alittle more comfortable. Parking was nearby and the owner was nice to deal with.

unfortunaly my mother became sick and passed away the lanlord was very understanding and refunded our deposit we intend to rent from him and his wwife next year i highly recommend dealing with then they are great

The condo was great! we were 4 college students on spring break, and it was perfect sizewise. The view was fantastic, we could look out our window in the morning and see the sunset across the beach. The pool was awesome, and the grills nearby came to be very useful. The condo was in a great spot, walking distance to the mall, resturaunts, and bars and clubs. The beds were very comfortable, the hot water worked, and we used the kitchen alot, If you want a small cute condo, i recomend this one. We had a amazing time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is as great as the pictures! It was fully stocked with fun toys, the pool is great and the beach view - wow!

The studio was very nice. The view of the pool and ocean were perfect. The towels under the bathroom sink didn't seem to be clean, but we found some in the closet. We would stay here again. The office sign read "Closed until further notice.", but we really didn't need anything. The combination lock box on the door was awesome and the access to the pool and beach was easy! The code for the gate to the beach was not found anywhere. Luckily we found other guests that were willing to give it to us.
