This 2500 square foot condo has walls of windows overlooking the ocean with spectacular views. This condo has 2 direct oceanfront master suites with sliding doors going out to the oceanfront balcony so you can let the waves rock you to sleep at night. See the magnificent sunrise right from your bed in the 2nd King Suite! The oceanfront balcony is the largest balcony in Ocean Vistas with a dining table for your own beachside dining with a built-in Jenn-Aire grill right on the balcony. There is so much room, you also have a separate lounge area on the balcony for your own private sunbathing.

There are 2 king master suites and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for 3 couples traveling together, or a family of six. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv, DVD player and IPOD clock radios. The living room has a queen sofabed and a twin sofabed, so the condo sleeps 9 people comfortably.

The living room, dining room and large gourmet kitchen are all direct oceanfront with gorgeous views of the ocean. The living room has comfortable leather furniture with a lazyboy recliner and 50" flat screen TV & DVD player. There is also a stereo/CD/IPOD player. The kitchen has granite countertops, imported Italian cabinetry & tile, stainless steel upscale appliances and even a wine chiller. It is equipped with everything that you need if you decide to have your own beachside dining, or cook-out on your private balcony with a built-in Jenn-Aire Summer Kitchen Grill.

Everything that you need for the beach is included; beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, floats, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, etc., just grab one and enjoy the beach! There is also a full size washer & dryer inside the unit and high-speed wireless internet.

Great vacation

Condo was great. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestion would be a better equipped kitchen ie coffee mugs. Everything else was as advertised. Amenitities, pools, exercise area, game room, ocean access was great.

We recently booked a stay at Ocean Vistas. Our condo was gorgeous, and the entire facility was perfect. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency. Debby has been wonderful to work with throughout the whole ordeal. We loved Ocean Vistas and highly recommend it!

Breathtaking experience!

I have been on many "beach" vacations and I, as well as my family, rate this as the best. This Penthouse Condominium was First Class with everything provided. Breathtaking views of the ocean and an interior that makes you feel like a celebrity. The building has many wonderful amenities as well as great security and a wonderful and caring staff. The area is beautiful, with every possible business you could think of easy to access. If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation experience, this is it! We plan on returning next spring or early summer. We thank the condominium owner, the rental staff, and the building staff for the best vacation of our lives.

This Penthouse condo came fully equipped with space galore. Upscale property with a balcony you could live on with the view. Large HD TV in the living area and all bedrooms with smaller flat screens. Nothing more you could ask for to make it a first class vacation.

Greatly enjoyed the ocean sunrise and breeze each morning. Views were fantastic, and the JennAir grille on the balcony was a real plus. All rooms were super clean, well-furnished, tastefully decorated, and downright inviting. The fitness area and pool were awesome. The condo was even well stocked with supplies of paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. The overall security and private parking were also truly appreciated. We would rent in Ocean Vistas again in a heartbeat!

This was the best beach vacation we have ever had! Ocean Vistas is incredible and the Oceanfront Penthouse Unit on the 11th floor has unbelievable views from every window! The pictures of the condo really don't do it justice, it is so much nicer in person! The ocean surrounds you in every room. The owner has everything there to make your stay extra-special, we didn't have to rent beach chairs, they were right in the condo for us to use and the kids loved the boogie boards.
