Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental

Beautifully decorated and spacious oceanfront condo located on the first floor, corner unit with direct walk-out to pool/spa and beach. (You don't have to take the elevator down to have access to the beach/pool.) Spectacular views of the ocean from the inside/outside of this unit. Two master bedrooms, third bedroom has two twin beds. Gated main security entrance with security personnel 24 hours. Exercise room, 3 pools and Jacuzzi areas, tennis courts. No pets and no smoking.

Located in the heart of beautiful Ponce Inlet with all the advantages of the "world famous" no drive beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, racingway. Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is located close by.

Area Information

This charming community is located approximately 10 miles south of Daytona Beach. (Shopping, restaurants,nightlife, Daytona International Speedway.) Twenty five golf courses located within a short distances. Located close to the Orlando International and Daytona Beach Airports. The historic town of St. Augustine is located to the north of Ponce Inlet and Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando along with it's attractions such as Disney, Universal and Sea World are located to the south approximately one hour driving distance.

Only an hour's drive from Orlando and the Space Coast. Shuttle flights are beautiful viewed from the beach.

This is a beautiful condo and was equipped with everything a person would want. Owners are very accomodating and helpful in every way. We had a great time. All other residents and guests went out of their way to be friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant. We loved everything so much that we plan to return next year.
