Upon mutual agreement of unit rental, a 50% deposit for the rental cost must be made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee, plus security deposit, lodging tax, and the cleaning fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to check-in date.
- Other Fees: There is a $USD 50.00 fee for cleaning the unit upon check-out. Additional cleaning is available during your stay which can be arranged for a fee with our cleaning service.
