Oceanview Studio Condominium, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)
This beautiful unit on the 9th floor has a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Daytona Beach coastline looking south.
Unit includes has an Efficiency Kitchen, table with chairs, Queen Bed, Full size Sleeper Sofa, 32" HDTV, Direct TV, DVD player, Cooking utensils, glassware, dishes, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Ice maker, Electric stove top, Coffee maker, Blender, George Foreman Grill, Rotisserie Grill,crockpot, Iron, Hair dryer, Makeup Mirror. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys also provided. All you need to bring is your personals.

I am terribly late in writing this review but our experience with this rental was so good that I didn't want to leave it without praise. The owners were prompt and responsive with every communication -- whether asking for information, booking, paying or the return of our deposit. They were willing to work with our particular set of circumstances and everything happened in a timely manner and without difficulty. (Book ahead and save the paypal surcharge.) When we arrived, all was just as described, clean and stocked. We enjoyed the ocean, pools, hot tubs and the quiet of the resort in general. We left a pair of swimmies to add to the stash of helpful items available to renters (SO glad to have beach towels!). One instance illustrates the quality of the Bertagnas: I broke a dish while washing it and felt horrible. I contacted them, offering to replace it, and they told me of a couple nearby stores that might have it. I looked but didn't find the same pattern and when I told them, they thanked me for looking and basically said not to worry about it. I received back my deposit in full and that was the last high point of a series of friendly, professional and understanding experiences. I would definitely return and have no qualms in recommending this rental to others. We had a great time!!

This was our second visit to this condo and it is still the best place we have ever stayed. The ocean view is beautiful, everything you could need to cook meals is provided and even things you would need to go down to the beach is there, too. You can probably not find a more updated, sparkling clean place to stay than this condo. I cannot recommend it highly enough. This is an INCREDIBLE condo at a FABULOUS price!

I was very impressed with the pictures before booking. Laureen and Bert are very quick to respond to any and all questions and very reassuring. When we arrived everything was as described and VERY clean! The conveninece of the beach and all the condo had to offer from a cooler, sand toys, chairs, towels, it was so wonderful. We as a family of a toddler thought the resort was perfect. We plan on making another stay in the near future. Thank you for making memories for us to treasure!!

Just wanted to post we just got back from vacation and had a great time. I was a little leary renting from a private owner (our first time) but I have to say it was a great experience. The Bertagna's were very prompt in my inquiry to the room and also room was booked with no problems. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and they had everything you needed and the rates were great. The resort was also very nice. I also received a prompt email from the Bertagna's after we checked out regarding our deposit being returned which was also received very promptly. I would highly recommend to stay in one of their units. The only thing I would suggest is if you have beach chairs to bring them as the ones in our unit were just the straight up lawn chairs.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean and well stocked with all you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bath had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel with it's very nice pools and exercise room. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Daytona Beach Resort. The unit had everything in it except my clothes and food. I found the area to be close enough to area attractions, yet far enough from the main drag to be a quiet stay. It is excellently maintained and the staff at DBR are very helpful and friendly. As a private rental, you are never sure what to expect, but everything expressed on the website was accurate. The owners were very thoughtful with the ameneties that are provided in the unit. You will not go wrong choosing this unit to stay.

This 9th floor ocean view efficiency was perfect for 2 people. It was nicely furnished with all we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to several resturants, and there is a shopping center across the street. Very nice resort.

Great Room for a Great Rate

My girlfriend and I just returned from this rental after a week and we had a great time. The room was great, it had excellent views and was very close to all of the action. The room came with pretty much everything that we needed and it made it feel a lot more like home. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to take a budget vacation to the World's Most Famous Beach.
